Stayed at Kinbu International Hotel with my family on a road trip, and it exceeded our expectations. The entire place was spotless, with even the corners meticulously cleaned. The staff at the front desk (FX) were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, proactively providing us with local sightseeing and dining recommendations. The mattress was just right for comfort, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay without disturbances. All the facilities were complete and in perfect working order, making our family feel relaxed and secure.

I enjoyed the stay here very much, the hotel is quite, room is clean and service also very good, i also enjoyed the view from room. The hotel is located near a park, a bit far from city center, but WuWei is not a big city, it could be great to have a city walk form hotel. But the hotel has two washing machine and two dryer, it may take very long time to find a available one.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The lobby was clean and bright, the front desk staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. The guest room was meticulously cleaned throughout, with no dust in the corners. The bathroom was dry and free of musty smells, the hot water came out quickly and at a stable temperature, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was excellently soundproofed, making it very quiet at night. There are restaurants on the 4th floor of the hotel, making dining convenient, and taxis are easily accessible right outside. For its price range, the facilities and service are outstanding, making it suitable for both business and leisure travel. I have already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

A great hotel chain. The sanitation is meticulous, the room is spacious and the soundproofing is good. The staff is kind and responds quickly to needs. The supermarket downstairs is complete with dining, and it is convenient to take a taxi to various attractions. Whether it is travel or short-term, living here is very safe, and the experience exceeds expectations.

The overall experience of staying in this time was very comfortable, the room was cleaned and the living was quiet and relaxing. Room facilities are easy to use, air conditioning is stable, and the bathroom is clean and dry. The staff Ronaldinho service is warm and caring, and the response speed is very fast. Traveling around is very convenient, the price is very high, the comprehensive experience exceeds expectations, and this hotel will be preferred next time you travel.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Parking is easy if you're driving. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet, no noise issues at all. The staff were friendly and particularly thoughtful towards the elderly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, the environment was clean and comfortable, and the value for money was great. A very satisfying stay!

The laundry room is so awful. I went there originally because I wanted to wash clothes, but I ended up finding two cheap washing machines, one of which was broken. I didn't know that at the time, so I threw the clothes in and they got wet. It didn't spin for a long time, and it even started smoking. I almost ruined my clothes... The room is ok. If you're just staying here, there's no problem. But if you're there just to wash clothes like me, you'd better look at other places.

The stay was very pleasant and the overall environment and service of the hotel were impressive. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the warm and professional atmosphere. The front desk staff was warm, the check-in procedure was fast, and the hotel facilities and surrounding conveniences were intimately introduced, which made people feel very kind. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, taking into account Chinese and Western tastes, fresh ingredients, delicious taste, and full of vitality for the beginning of the day. It is worth mentioning that the room service responds quickly, any needs can be solved in time, and the details are fully displayed. The location is also very good, the surrounding dining and shopping options are diverse, overall, this is a high-quality stay experience, cost-effective, highly recommended to future passengers, looking forward to coming again next time!

The location and hardware are great! The service quality could be improved even better! Wuwei is worth spending a few more days with its profound cultural heritage, clean city and simple folk customs!
