MM37200****First and foremost, I was very satisfied with the hotel's excellent service. From the front desk staff and security guards to the ladies on every floor, everyone was always smiling, making me feel right at home. They also provided free laundry service, which was delivered to my room afterward. Parking was also very convenient. The only drawback was that the hotel's air conditioning didn't work for heating. It gets a bit chilly in Wuwei at night, but with the air conditioning on, it wasn't hot at all. Everything else was great.

..qinerThis Star Seasons S Hotel in Wuwei is quite good, and the check-in experience is decent. The hotel is located near Wuwei Wanda Commercial Circle. The front desk staff Zww provides very nice service. When handling the check-in, she also gave a simple meal, including milk and bread. The hotel has complete facilities, and the rooms are comfortable to stay in. It offers good value for money in all aspects. It’s worth giving a thumbs-up to this new hotel.

The hotel management is professional and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The room is even at the level of a four-star hotel. It is a must-choose hotel when traveling to Wuwei. I am very satisfied with the hotel and give it a five-star rating.

BBumitu333I chose to live here because it has a good location and is very convenient for traveling. I came here at night, and the night breeze in Liangzhou was really too cold, almost like winter. Hanting feels very warm, the staff registers very quickly and conveniently, and it is very convenient to store bags.
The room facilities are complete and the door lock is secure. There are lots of tips in the room. The kettle, sockets, and desk lamps all work well. The beds are clean and comfortable. It's not cold at all even without the air conditioner. The sound insulation is also very good and you can't hear any outside sounds.

Facilities: Four-star, complete, suite with humidifier.
Service: Very good, very good. There are needs and problems at the front desk, and the rooms can be solved. Enthusiastically provided travel help.
