__M1581016****The experience of staying in the hotel is very good. The first one I met was the security guard, and then the receptionist, the room eldest sister, the service connection is very good, especially good.
The facilities and equipment of the room are relatively complete. It is recommended to provide a bathtub cover. There is still dirt in the bathtub.
Another suggestion is that the automatic lighting of the room at night is too bright, and there is a setting at the bar, which cannot be closed for a long time, which affects sleep.

The hotel management is professional and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The room is even at the level of a four-star hotel. It is a must-choose hotel when traveling to Wuwei. I am very satisfied with the hotel and give it a five-star rating.

From check-in to check-out, every step was done very well. The room facilities were very complete, which made me feel a different kind of warmth. At the same time, you can order food in the room, so you can enjoy the food without leaving the room. It is really convenient and worry-free. This stay experience left a deep impression on me and was full of praise. From the comfort of the room to the thoughtful service, the only thing that did not make me satisfied and happy was the room type. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. MM662308****Five-star praise! Come to Wuwei to choose the Star Four Seasons S Hotel, really choose the right one!
It’s too close to the train station. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train. I didn’t feel tossed with two large suitcases of luggage, saving the trouble of taking a taxi and other cars. It’s convenient to eat around and buy specialties. You can also take the bus quickly to the attractions. Travel transit is too worry-free.
The staff was superb, the front desk Xiao Wang smiled very kindly, and the check-in was fast and patient. I also took the initiative to recommend Wuwei's special attractions and local snacks. Even the route was clearly stated and too friendly to tourists!
The room was nothing to say, clean and bright, the bedding was soft and odorless, and the bathroom was dry and wet. After a day of travel, I can live in such a clean room. I feel tired and I have a good rest.
The price is absolutely perfect, next time I come to Wuwei, I will stay here, and I recommend it to friends who come to travel!

BBarryI hadn't realised Wuwei was so big when I booked this hotel! It is a couple of km from the railway station, which is why I booked it, but about 5 km from the centre of the city. Mind you, I walked there and didn't see all that much of interest. The real action is around the South Gate, with a great night market, a great seating area nearby and a couple of parks, one on each side of the gate. The room was lovely - a soft bed, plenty of [laces to sit, a table, and I had great success using the Wifi. Underneath, and just up the street, there are a couple of supermarkets, a small foodmarket a bit further away (towards the South Gate) with properly cold beer a noodle place a few doors down to the left of the hotel. The Wanda Plaza Mall is a couple of blocks away, but very disappointing in terms of food offerings.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk clerk and security guard on duty at night were very warm and thoughtful. I am very afraid of cold due to hypothyroidism, and I felt very cold when I slept at night and wanted to add a quilt. Because the room was full during the National Day holiday, there were no extra quilts. That night, the front desk clerk offered to give me a heater. That night, the security guard personally went to the office to get an electric heater and delivered it to my room. He plugged it in and helped me debug it. I was very touched. I am very grateful for your thoughtful and considerate service. Thumbs up for you!

SSipuThe bed is comfortable, the room is spacious and clean, the service attitude is very good, it is quiet, easy to park, and pet-friendly. The downside is that the water temperature is too cold and too small during the day, and the room temperature is low. The elderly who come with us are afraid of the cold and want to increase the temperature, but the air conditioner cannot be adjusted by themselves! The breakfast is OK, you can eat enough, the lady at the front desk is nice and kind😊

AAguo99101. The hotel is located near Gulang Railway Station, 5 minutes' drive from the station and 10 minutes' drive from the county center. It has convenient transportation and parking. The hotel also provides free pick-up and drop-off service!

JJessica MellicaUnfortunately bed wasn’t comfortable, I slept all night feeling the iron net of the mattrass on my bones.
Overall, price is good with two breakfast included, plenty of options.
I was a bit upset when they charged us for the water we drink. There were water bottle in the room without any prices and we supposed it was for free.
There is no water or juices for breakfast only soy milk or full cream milk. But lots of vegetarian options.
There was a water dispense downstair for free available to refil water bottle, so don't do our mistake and just have the free one.
If we knew this in advance we could avoid to drink water in the room and avoid plastic bottle waste (as we travelling with bicycles we care about to be in a green way for our planet.)
Nobody explain us about charging items on the room during the check in, only the lady during the check out charged us.
This is the higher price we paied in trip.com since 20days of travel, but anyway we think is still good because two breakfast are included.
