MM37200****First and foremost, I was very satisfied with the hotel's excellent service. From the front desk staff and security guards to the ladies on every floor, everyone was always smiling, making me feel right at home. They also provided free laundry service, which was delivered to my room afterward. Parking was also very convenient. The only drawback was that the hotel's air conditioning didn't work for heating. It gets a bit chilly in Wuwei at night, but with the air conditioning on, it wasn't hot at all. Everything else was great.

GGuest UserThe hotel is great, the hotel is in a prime location next to the Leitai Scenic Area and the transportation is very convenient. The hotel management is professional and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The room is even at the level of a four-star hotel. It is a must-choose hotel when traveling to Wuwei. I am very satisfied with the hotel and give it a five-star rating.

..qinerThis Star Seasons S Hotel in Wuwei is quite good, and the check-in experience is decent. The hotel is located near Wuwei Wanda Commercial Circle. The front desk staff Zww provides very nice service. When handling the check-in, she also gave a simple meal, including milk and bread. The hotel has complete facilities, and the rooms are comfortable to stay in. It offers good value for money in all aspects. Itโs worth giving a thumbs-up to this new hotel.

BBarryI hadn't realised Wuwei was so big when I booked this hotel! It is a couple of km from the railway station, which is why I booked it, but about 5 km from the centre of the city. Mind you, I walked there and didn't see all that much of interest. The real action is around the South Gate, with a great night market, a great seating area nearby and a couple of parks, one on each side of the gate. The room was lovely - a soft bed, plenty of [laces to sit, a table, and I had great success using the Wifi. Underneath, and just up the street, there are a couple of supermarkets, a small foodmarket a bit further away (towards the South Gate) with properly cold beer a noodle place a few doors down to the left of the hotel. The Wanda Plaza Mall is a couple of blocks away, but very disappointing in terms of food offerings.

The room is very heated and has air conditioning. They also sent us to the dining place for free and took us back to the hotel after dinner. It's really great๐๐๐๐๐. SSipuThe bed is comfortable, the room is spacious and clean, the service attitude is very good, it is quiet, easy to park, and pet-friendly. The downside is that the water temperature is too cold and too small during the day, and the room temperature is low. The elderly who come with us are afraid of the cold and want to increase the temperature, but the air conditioner cannot be adjusted by themselves! The breakfast is OK, you can eat enough, the lady at the front desk is nice and kind๐

MMarco MonkeyThis hotel has very courteous staff and a good location near Wuwei museum and bus stops to get to the train station and other points in the city. The room was clean and with a very comfortable bed, we had a window facing the inside of the block so it was quiet at all hours. Much recommended for the price and would definitely stay again.
