"This BnB was perfect from start to finish. The location was brilliant a couple minute walk into Windermere and a 25min walk into bowness so we had the best of both worlds. The room was clean & had all the amenities that we needed. The continental breakfast was perfect too, nothing was too much for the hostess. Toast & pastries and a variety of cereals and yoghurt. Tea, coffee & fresh juice was available too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to the lakes. I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for our stay!"

"The hotel boasts a great location, close to the lakeside pier, making it convenient for taking sightseeing boats. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby, offering plenty of options for shopping and dining. Parking seems a bit limited, but there's a lovely platform in front of the hotel offering panoramic views of the town and a portion of the lake – a perfect spot for friends to chat and drink. The hotel provides breakfast, with a good variety of high-quality food. The staff are very friendly, especially the smiling receptionists. The only downside is the long, steep slope leading up and down into the town, which could be quite challenging for older guests. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable three-day stay and would definitely stay here again if we had the chance."

"The self-service check-in was very convenient. I chose an English breakfast for breakfast. I found that there was no heating in the morning, and it was a bit cold in the second half of the night. The one-night stay was okay. There was luggage storage and it was close to the station. I hiked to the top of the mountain to watch the sunset. It was a three-kilometer round trip, perfect⛰️"

"First of all, I must like the design of this small hotel. It has a great sense of design. It is located in the lake area not too close to the lake. It is very quiet and the garden is very delicate. It is also very convenient to walk to the nearby lake for about 20 minutes. You need to make a reservation for dinner. It’s still dark at 10:30, so you can walk to the center of town to eat pizza. There is free parking, which is really nice."

The restaurant on the first floor allowed guests to easily make their own breakfast, and tea and coffee were complimentary. Sitting by the window to work was also a great experience!"
