My family had altitude sickness and the staff went out of their way to provide support and get us everything we needed including all the water to drink we needed, a doctor, and a driver. We had to adjust our schedule and stayed an extra night so we could all make it to Machu Picchu. I would definitely stay here again."

The hotel grounds were amazing...beautifully manicured gardens, two llamas roaming around, hammocks and seating areas. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was full and hearty."

"We loved the beautiful setting of this lodging. The plentiful flowers & herbs growing all over the grounds made this so pretty! The breakfast (included) was very good and offered a broad selection. We had dinner & drinks at the restaurant one night and would highly recommend it (pizza & pasta). The service was friendly, especially in the restaurant. The room was basic, but nice. The only downside is that it's a bit outside of Urubamba and you need a taxi to get to town. However, I was happy with the overall stay here that I wouldn't have changed a thing."
