Hotels with Parking in Urubamba

Doesn’t meet Belmond expectations. 1. Food is average, the same we had in a small village, change a chef, not tasty at all. 2. On a breakfast waiters ALWAYS bring fruits and after 5 min asking if I need them. Why on earth I should eat fruits in 5 min? And why do you need it? Quality and variety of breakfast is not nice — all days we had not fresh blueberries. In my home country I have blueberries from Peru and it’s fresher. How it is possible? 3. Welcome is not in Belmond style: no champagne or good chocolate. 4. One day we asked to clean the room before 12, they did, we came and I was sure we are alone in the room. When I was naked I saw a gardener in our private terrace. He also saw me. How it’s possible he entered our terrace when I was in the room????? With no bell and knocking???? 5. Alpacas feeding is also trash: all people from hotel come, you will never get nice pictures like on instagram. Why you don’t make it by appointment? We had a lot of experiences with animals in different countries , this one is the worst. 6. Stuff is not well trained, communication is super artificial. Place is beautiful, but that’s it. Worst Belmond we have been to. Ask Monasterio Belmond about good experience and top notch service.

The lodge is clean with friendly staff. Water pressure is a little weak but overall it's a nice and comfortable stay.

The location is very convenient, walking distance to the town center restaurant, train station, Ouxingtai ruins. The room is large and the facilities are ordinary but adequate. Breakfast is simple, but very fresh, there are freshly made scrambled eggs, just cut avocado and so on. The staff are very friendly, especially the front desk brother has a strong working ability, very flexible, and quickly helps to solve various needs, including pick-up, call a tutu car, chartered tour of the San Valley to Cusco. And very human, went to Machu Picchu that day to return to the hotel late, sent a message to ask us whether it was smooth or not.

Hotel that I want to stay again. Olyantai Tambo is a small and beautiful town with small scenery and air. The staff is very kind and gives advice on how to get a railroad ticket in English. It was very helpful and the cleanliness of the room I felt very grateful for breakfast, coffee, bread, scrambled eggs, potatoes, freshly squeezed juice, etc ^ ^

For this price, Ouyantai (Peruvian countryside) can live in such a hotel. The external environment of the hotel is very good. It can be seen that the courtyard is carefully taken care of. There are many kinds of flowers and plants in the courtyard, which has a lot of fleshy. I also saw hummingbirds.

Pros -beautiful garden -many bugs outside but not inside Cons -poor breakfast -cannot communicate in English on front desk -no complimentary water -no body soap

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, the room is very clean and the room is very clean.

Overall a nice stay however we arrived late and there was nobody in the check in area. Took us a long time to check in as we had to wait in the dark

honestly such a dilemma to review! It's near the train to Machu so that's awesome! Also they helped us pack a super nice breakfast with water and we are so thankful! However the room was infested with insects and I got a shock of my life!! Like a lot of flying insects and we couldn't do anything about it. The people are nice too and price so reasonable! So it's really dilemma to review !
