Was really surprised with the area. It was in a really nice location there is a market place 10 minutes away with so much to do it was really clean, the room almost looked like it had never been used as some appliances still had wrapping on them. Would choose this hotel again. Checkin was fast, employee even showed us the best way to get to our concert venue and reminded us about the free breakfast.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and ask if there is anything to help first. Free parking and spacious parking lot. There were not many types of breakfast, but basically everything was there and it was delicious. This price is a good value for money.

I was greeted by the nicest receptionist, I told her that trip.com was no help on switching my room from a double bed to a king cause that wasn’t even supposed to be , she never hesitated she just did it .. The walk from the hotel to mill ave for dinner an drinks was 7 min , so nice . At night to go on roof with the pool an view omg gorgeous... very clean an very nice ... will stay again an will recommend to others ..

I booked the hotel for my husband. After paying by Ctrip, I said that I could check in with my passport when I arrived. But when I arrived at the front desk, I said that I didn’t have this order, and I charged US$114.64. So far, there is no refund.

Very great hotel to stay at especially if you're gonna be there for college or just if you want to spot with everything around it without having to travel so many miles location in the middle of downtown Tempe next to the stadium yeah shopping areas all around you food city of food city pizza places you got Safeway down the street and clean the sport shops and everything food and name it it's there

It is a really nice hotel at convenient location. There are lots of restaurants just across the road especially Indian's Flame. Breakfast is nice and they also offered us free drinks every evening. P. S you can check in at any time in the afternoon rather than 16:00 as website says.

Well, for the price, you can't complain too much, it gives you enough to stay comfortably, full kitchen, nice A/C, the bed is a little bit too soft... why they charge $5 for parking per day, it's not making any sense, but I guess that's how they make additional income. It's definitely recommended to those seeking for a good value hotel.

Advantages: Very simple free breakfast, free laundry. Disadvantages: 1. After taking a shower in the middle of the night, I found that the hair dryer was broken, and the hotel did not have a spare hair dryer. Later, I coordinated to blow dry my hair in another room because the hair dryer was fixed to the wall and could not be moved. 2. The front desk was understaffed and often empty. The service of the girls at the front desk was very good, and the boys were average. The new Indian front desk spoke with a heavy accent, and I could not understand him at all and could not communicate.
