The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and ask if there is anything to help first. Free parking and spacious parking lot. There were not many types of breakfast, but basically everything was there and it was delicious. This price is a good value for money.

Guest UserI was greeted by the nicest receptionist, I told her that trip.com was no help on switching my room from a double bed to a king cause that wasn’t even supposed to be , she never hesitated she just did it .. The walk from the hotel to mill ave for dinner an drinks was 7 min , so nice . At night to go on roof with the pool an view omg gorgeous... very clean an very nice ... will stay again an will recommend to others ..

During my recent stay at The Westin Tempe, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always on hand with recommendations for local attractions. LIHUAI booked the hotel for my husband. After paying by Ctrip, I said that I could check in with my passport when I arrived. But when I arrived at the front desk, I said that I didn’t have this order, and I charged US$114.64. So far, there is no refund.

It is a really nice hotel at convenient location. There are lots of restaurants just across the road especially Indian's Flame.
Breakfast is nice and they also offered us free drinks every evening.
P. S you can check in at any time in the afternoon rather than 16:00 as website says.

Well, for the price, you can't complain too much, it gives you enough to stay comfortably, full kitchen, nice A/C, the bed is a little bit too soft... why they charge $5 for parking per day, it's not making any sense, but I guess that's how they make additional income. It's definitely recommended to those seeking for a good value hotel.
