Very good ～ The front desk attitude is very good. Close to the bus station, you can take the free bus line Earth to the central area and ASU, breakfast is also good, I like bacon 🥓 with potatoes 🥔

Stayed at this location during a busy weekend and had the best experience with the hotel, the staff were very polite and the room was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay.

A basic choice as the name would imply however a solid one. It's clean, functional and everything the brand offers with plenty of parking. Conveniently situated next to main roads for most things Phoenix related. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly enough and they managed my deliveries of parcels very well indeed. Overall it's not a romantic gateway but a well managed practicle choice.

Located in the heart of Tempe, the hotel is easy to find on the main road and has convenient transportation. There are many shops, restaurants and bars within the vicinity. The service staff is very good, with car rental service, free parking, free airport shuttle bus. The rooms are large, the decoration and facilities are very good. The price is relatively moderate and the price is super good. It is a good choice for traveling abroad.

We were here for a business meeting. Our room was nice, clean and had everything that we needed. The gardens are well kept and the area is easily walkable. The room had a fridge, safe and microwave. The bed was comfy and there was a nice leather chair and ottoman to use. My Only complaint would be that there was trash sitting in front of our room when we arrived (5:00 pm) and was still there until afternoon the next day. Each day there were sugar and creamer packets and coffee cup lids on the grounds in many places throughout the resort. We had a few receptions and the staff could not have been any more attentive. They did an amazing job serving drinks and food. They were on top of the cleanup also. Job well done. We did have a pre-order luncheon one day also. That meal did not seem as well executed. It took over 45 minutes to be served our meals. The resort has some restaurants across the street that were walkable. The mall and Old Town Scottsdale are nearby also.

I was wondering if the reviews were all true because you never see hotels with this high of reviews, but it's all true! Super amazing experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We asked for a couple of things during our stay (mini lotion bottles, etc) and they were really friendly and helpful with those requests as well. We ate breakfast there every day and it was great and we had the dinner twice as well and it was really good as well. I was surprised by the amount of items available. I was really expecting more appetizers, but it was an actual dinner. Very impressed and will definitely stay again when in the area!

I am used to great hospitality, I am from Malaysia, but staff from Comfort Inn exceeded our expectation. They went above and beyond regular service when they had to evacuate our things while we're still conferencing. The care and mindfulness of their housekeeping staff was truly commendable.
