"Needed much needed sleep and didn’t get it. After being told I was getting a room that would be quiet and away from anything, I instead got a room that was near road and it was loud. Asked for room to be away from elevator as well and it was literally right next to it. Late check-out was not handled properly at first but eventually just left at normal check-out time. Water pressure in shower was terrible, almost coming to a trickle and then coming back on boiling hot…very dangerous!"

"Considering it's a Marriott hotel, I wasn't very satisfied with it. There was a clump of hair left at the edge of the bathroom, and I was not satisfied with the cleaning. No free water. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it because I had an early morning flight. The neighborhood is not that bad, but there are no restaurants nearby, so I recommend using Uber. There is a Circle K five minutes away by foot, but they only have unhealthy snacks and drinks. I was hoping they would have at least apples and bananas, but there were none."

"The room is not very big, but after pulling out the sofa bed, the room becomes very crowded. Although there is a kitchen, it only has a microwave and a refrigerator. There is no oven or stove, so you can't cook by yourself."

"The hotel is rundown. The first room we were assigned would unlock. We took the long walk back to the desk. A maintenance man happened to be there so we walked back to the room. He determined that the door was mis-aligned and we would need another room. We walked back to the desk where we were assigned another room. We walked to that room to discover that it had a strong cigarette smell (it was a non-smoking room). After traveling all day, we were too tired to walk back to the desk and ask for another room, so we just lived with it. Bathroom was grungy and the room was in need of a renovation. I would not stay there again."
