The hotel has a shuttle bus transfer. At Terminal D, you need to turn right on the next floor. You need to call the hotel and wait for about 15 minutes. It takes 40 minutes to go to the airport in the morning, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the passenger terminal. You also need to make an appointment in advance. We took a taxi in the morning because we were in a hurry.
Breakfast is generally quite satisfactory.

Ella vdBWe stayed here twice. The first time was during the week and the hotel was quiet. Hotel staff were helpful and kind. Only downside was that our WiFi kept disconnecting in the room.
The second time was during the weekend (Saturday night). Our room was surrounded by kids running up and down the corridor, screaming, and making a lot of noise until about 1 a.m. (not the fault of the staff, but there needs to be some regulations towards noise at night) A lot of noise from outside as well as it is right next to the highway.
All in all the stay was fin, but wouldn’t recommend to stay during the weekend unless you don’t mind the noise.

This hotel wasn’t overflowing with fancy stuff, but we were just hoping for a comfy place to crash, and it was delivered nicely! I’d totally recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and tidy stay. Oh, and a sweet surprise was that the internet was super fast!

The hotel seems to be old, but it was well maintained and relaxed.
You can use the hotel pool from 10 am to 10 pm, which is good.

It was very convenient to use as it was close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. There were plenty of beds, and the room and bathroom were clean. The staff in the lobby was also very friendly. There was ample parking so it was easy to use. The surroundings were quiet, so I was able to rest comfortably at night. If I visit McAllen again with my family, this is an accommodation I would like to use again next time.

Was disturbed by a party next to my room .. The police had to come at 5:45 am to tell them to be quite .. didn’t stop them they continued till 11:am check out . Hotel has no security and told it was my responsibility to call in continued noise issue, don’t understand being as they have hallway cameras and could see that they continued to slam doors vape in hallways and 3 people walking hallways all night . Unbelievable
