Great
KKangTSHActually I was staying there for a couple of hours upon arrival on Sunday night transiting to Mexico on Monday morning, that’s my 2nd stay in this hotel, everything is good and at high CP value, it makes sense for commercial stay. However, one thing I must voice out and ask hotel to get it improved is to that, the water flow on the bathroom no matter from the shower or from the tap was slow, I was staying in the 2nd floor and it was not supposed to be low water pressure, that must be upgraded and fixed immediately as most likely I will be staying again in my trip that higher water pressure and water flow are normally expected.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a shuttle bus transfer. At Terminal D, you need to turn right on the next floor. You need to call the hotel and wait for about 15 minutes. It takes 40 minutes to go to the airport in the morning, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the passenger terminal. You also need to make an appointment in advance. We took a taxi in the morning because we were in a hurry.
Breakfast is generally quite satisfactory.

EElla vdBWe stayed here twice. The first time was during the week and the hotel was quiet. Hotel staff were helpful and kind. Only downside was that our WiFi kept disconnecting in the room.
The second time was during the weekend (Saturday night). Our room was surrounded by kids running up and down the corridor, screaming, and making a lot of noise until about 1 a.m. (not the fault of the staff, but there needs to be some regulations towards noise at night) A lot of noise from outside as well as it is right next to the highway.
All in all the stay was fin, but wouldn’t recommend to stay during the weekend unless you don’t mind the noise.

SSudnitsynVery pleasant clean stylish hotel, location perfect, especially if you need to go to the bus station. I liked almost everything. It is evident that the hotel management is suitable with love and great attention.
From the downsides, that when evicting instead of returning the deposit of 25$, on the contrary, it was withdrawn an additional 65$. After the letter to the support service corrected, but still the precipitation remained.

AAnonymous UserI lived in the same room with two cockroaches that night. I felt very uneasy. The two friends of Hao Cai were on the ceiling and were not moving. They were in the same position all night. So, after enjoying breakfast the next day, check out immediately ‼️😬

GGuest UserIt was very convenient to use as it was close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. There were plenty of beds, and the room and bathroom were clean. The staff in the lobby was also very friendly. There was ample parking so it was easy to use. The surroundings were quiet, so I was able to rest comfortably at night. If I visit McAllen again with my family, this is an accommodation I would like to use again next time.

AAhgusGood location if using rideshare, clean room and helpful friendly front desk. There is a gas station nearby with a shop. Good for short stay if early flight oit.
6.8/10
GGuest UserIn a simple room, the curtains can only be regarded as two pieces of cloth, and the entire window cannot be covered. There is no hair dryer. The mattress is too loud and the room is not soundproof. There is a free airport shuttle.
