We went for a wedding and the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of.

The property was clean upon entering. Front desk was friendly and was decorated nice for the holidays. Our room did not have towels in it when we arrived, so that is why we gave it 4 stars

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left the key, and they actually found it for me and kept it in a record amount of time until I was able to return to retrieve it. However, the toilet was broken when we got there and there were a few other minor problems with the room.

If you stay on a Saturday don't make plans. You can enjoy the live music that is provided. You will enjoy the musicians playing there..then you can just cross the street and continue enjoying their music at el rincon de los angeles

I enjoy staying at the Embassy. The only thing is bring your own pillow. The pillows were to soft and uncomfortable.

Staff was top tier and so kind/helpful! Love the free shuttle to/from the airport! Beds were comfortable, showers/bathroom were spacious, and room/lobby was very clean! Would definitely return and stay again!
