We had the deluxe room, the room was luxurious, except for the smart tv which was not a deal breaker because we were there to enjoy the nearby historical attractions and the city itself. It’s walking distance to the downtown Selçuk where you can find various restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast buffet was great. The staff were nice and easygoing. There were two problems: the room’s entrance was not lit properly and the toilet flush was faulty. But they came when we reported the problem and fixed it. Its a family owned business, and although it is very difficult to find a hotel in this price range with an off street parking space, they still guide you to the street next to the hotel that the staff watches 24/7 and you park your car there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend you to stay here.

The location is okay, but it's impossible to walk to any attractions, so it's not very friendly to those who don't drive by car. The hygiene is so-so. Breakfast is only served at 8 o'clock, which almost delays the trip.

Service: At the time of check-in, the staff welcomed us very warmly, and the breakfast was very rich. You can choose the way you cook your own eggs. And so cute parrots and dogs! The room was very clean. There are many hotels in the town, and there are plenty of road signs to find them. I parked on the street. The breakfast deserves the most praise; it was very cozy, and the homemade jam was delicious. I heard that the owner is a construction contractor and designed the hotel himself. The hotel can help you call a taxi; a taxi to Ephsus Old Town costs 500 lira and takes about 10 minutes. You can also take a mini-bus (a small green bus). The staff were very welcoming and communicated in English without any problems. This hotel was also recommended on Lonely Planet. Overall, it was excellent!

The owner is very friendly and friendly, very good English, very gentleman! Every little detail of the hotel is arranged with great care. There are not many guests staying, but the hotel is still very prepared to prepare breakfast for several of us. It was supposed to be after 14:00 on the same day, but we arrived at the hotel at 9:00 in the morning, and the owner did not say that we arranged the early check-in. I regret that I only arranged for one night in Selcuk. Reluctant to leave this peaceful and quiet town, reluctant to leave the gentleman's warm hotel uncle.

The guesthouse has a fantastic location, overlooking Selçuk and offering views of the castle in the distance. Walking with luggage can be difficult, but driving is very convenient. The hotel is cozy, and the breakfast is healthy and delicious.

But we didn't get there, it was quiet. The host is welcome, everything explained-shows, speaks well English. Breakfast is chic, thank you very much. The only minus: in the shower there is no shelf. None. Where to put the gel for the shower? Put the shelf!!!!

Kayhan is the hotel we chose for a night in Selcuk during our fifteen-day trip.
