The hotel itself is exuist, and the views and nature are simply breathtaking. Our room was spacious and well furnished with huge balcony. Spending evenings on the pool to observe sunset was very pleasant experience. Breakfasts are very tasty and each day you can find something special. The only thing is that once we checked in apart from the key to the room we haven't received any information about the facilities also even about the meals rules (breakfast even!) and we had to seek that info from the restaurant staff (not everyone speaks English). It is not hard to get to the hotel if you simply follow the instructions they've kindly sent us via WhatsApp.

This Livia Hotel and the Livia Garden Hotel are the same store. After we arrived, the Livia Hotel was closed. It took some effort to contact the store. After contacting the store, the store took us to the new Livia Garden Hotel. The new hotel is small in size, but the environment is very good, you can feel the boss's aesthetic and style is still very online. The boss was polite and enthusiastic, told us where it was worth going, and also helped us plan the itinerary. We came to Turkey for 14 days and when we came back, this hotel was the most impressive and talked about hotel we both had.

We had the deluxe room, the room was luxurious, except for the smart tv which was not a deal breaker because we were there to enjoy the nearby historical attractions and the city itself. It’s walking distance to the downtown Selçuk where you can find various restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast buffet was great. The staff were nice and easygoing. There were two problems: the room’s entrance was not lit properly and the toilet flush was faulty. But they came when we reported the problem and fixed it. Its a family owned business, and although it is very difficult to find a hotel in this price range with an off street parking space, they still guide you to the street next to the hotel that the staff watches 24/7 and you park your car there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend you to stay here.

The holiday price is more serious. The hotel location is not very close to the ancient city of Ephesus. The 240 meters given on Trip.com is even more nonsense. According to this 240 meters, you can't reach the ancient city of Ephesus. You still need to take a long way to the station to take the minibus. I personally suggest that it is best to live directly in Izmir. In the morning, you can take the train or take the minibus to Ephesus in Izmir. In the evening, you can also take the minibus or train back. The minibus is very convenient to leave the water. Izmir has a standardized hotel like Marriott and Renaissance, which is much more comfortable than living here. In addition, the hotels in Selcuk are basically changed from their own houses. The religious color is relatively heavy. The living is a bit strange. The road is not very good. There are many uphill and downhill. There are many stone roads. It is particularly tired to walk. You can occasionally see a taxi on the road. It is very inconvenient for people with luggage.

Very nice hotel, authentic, clean. It is located in a quiet part of the town. There are ancient ruins within a couple of minutes' walk. Across the street (5 minutes walk) — noise, cafes and shops. The hosts were very hospitable. The breakfasts are plentiful and hearty. There are a couple of parking spaces near the hotel. The room is large and cozy, there are two large and comfortable beds, the air conditioners worked perfectly and saved us in the heat of 42 degrees Celsius. The bathroom is clean, there were no problems with hot water. Wi-Fi is very slow.

Super super good homestay boss and proprietress can communicate in English. Very beautiful and beautiful small yard. The bus to Ephesus. The train station and bus station in Pamukkale are very close. I heard that I have to leave before 8 o'clock the next day. I will specially leave the breakfast at 8 o'clock in advance to 7:30 and breakfast is I have eaten the best white rice, the bread is baked, not hard at all! ! Our group of five people stayed at the hotel by car. The hotel is simple, quiet and tidy, and the breakfast is very good. The next day we found that the tire pressure of the rented car was less than 160, and we found the store owner to ask for help. The boss did not say anything very enthusiastically to help us contact a car dealership, and personally took us to the car dealership. After checking, it was found that it was slow to spread gas. The boss took the initiative to contact the car rental agency and repaired it. Since the leak point is near the car keel, we are not assured to ask the car rental agency to change the car. Because the voice is not good, it is not easy to communicate. Thanks to the hotel owner on our behalf. The car rental agency is finally communicating repeatedly the next day. We changed the new car rental before we planned to travel, without delaying the trip. We are very grateful to the hotel owner for his warm service and patient and proactive help. The friendliness of the boss gave us the same feeling as home, leaving an unforgettable impression. Thanks again to the hotel owner and service staff!

Very convenient to get around with buses n taxi. Many ATMs, convenient shop at walking distance. Good breakfast served fresh and warm. Highly recommended!

The location is particularly good, very close to the main street, but not in the downtown area, so quiet and tasteful, on the slopes of the hills, not too long, no problem with luggage. The room was bigger than I expected, the bathroom was clean and bright, and it was the biggest bathroom in my price. It is convenient to wash clothes in the bath. It is very convenient to go to the bus station museum. Breakfast is better than a good hotel in Istanbul, with Turkish specialties. The tomatoes are especially fresh and delicious, and the cantaloupe is especially delicious. Opposite is the ancient city ruins. I can eat at the bird's ruins in the morning, I still like this hotel.

セルチュク駅からすぐなので迷うこともなく、エフェソス行きのバスも近くにあり立地は最高です。 飲食店もスーパーもまわりにたくさんありました。 エレベーターはありませんが、スタッフが運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。 家族でやっておられるのかな? とても親切でした。 ３人で泊まったので部屋は狭かったです。 でも朝食もボリュームがありとても美味しかったです。 また機会があれば泊まりたいホテルです。
