Let me start with the positives When we arrived we were greeted by the bell boys who took our cases and showed us to reception where we booked in, we were given our room number on a little card wallet and a leaflet ( will get back to leaflet and card wallet below) The hotel is beautifully laid out and the both the hotel and grounds are well maintained, the rooms are wonderfully spacious and have all the amenities you could want from a lovely big bed and sofa in the room to cotton pads for your face and cotton buds for your ears. The terrace that we had was equipped with 2 sun loungers a bistro table and chairs and as we had booked a swim up room the pool was very stunning to. The bar staff are amazing in the lobby bar and the bar by the indoor entertainment area there a credit to the hotel. The main outdoor pool and splash park for the younger kids is amazing not only to look at but also to use. The main restaurant has a wonderful kids section with the table being to different heights so they can eat at a normal table with there parents. The snack bar is OK nothing to write home about it serves pizza, burgers Turkish pancakes, ice cream etc and the staff there are friendly and helpful all outside but under cover which is fantastic if you have little children. Now for the negative parts The morning after we had booked in we studied the leaflet to find out where we had to exchange the 2 cards inside the card wallet for beach towels, yep you guessed it wasn't on the leaflet so we had to go and find it after asking 2 staff one of them sent us in the right direction to get towels. Why not preduce a map or have a nap board somewhere so people can find things. The main restaurant is such a let down for a 5* hotel, the noise level in the restaurant when it's busy makes it very difficult to talk to someone let alone think,if they broke the restaurant up with some sort of dividers to at least dampen the noise. The food is repetitive battered fish pieces, slivers of frying beef, turkey breasts and chips on the main grill. On the show cooking side it's either rice and something or tacos/wraps as for the other food over there normally a stew, mash patato or wedges and like a lasagna of some sort. The restaurant is open from 1900 - 2130, it doesn't make a difference if you get there at 1900 or later by the time you get your food and return to your table it's cold or barely warm. The staff in the restaurant are hit and miss I've had several over the week that just haven't bothered to get my drinks after asking what I'd like if it's to much hassle why ask? The pattiserrie is such a let down it's only open for a very short window 1500-1800 and only then the best part is the ice cream which you can get at the snack bar during the day love the flavours over here The mini bar in the room is a big let down especially if you have booked a swim up room you get 2 x 500ml of still water, 2 x mineral water I small bottles, 2 x 250ml Pepsi and the same with
