We stayed for 3 nights and chose not to have daily cleaning, but they still kindly left fresh bottled water outside our room every day 🥰 which was a really thoughtful touch.

Pros:
The staff are the loveliest people on Planet Earth
No loud music at any time, very quiet
Sensational food and service, very smiley staff ready to help with anything
Private beach is a real bonus
The setting is fabulous. Among the rainforest and with the sound of the sea rocking you to sleep
Epic sunsets

Cons (being really picky):
The air con unit in our room was a bit loud
The pool in our room (honeymoon villa) was a little bit smaller than I expected
The decor could be updated
We’ll be coming back here time and time again for sure. Thank you Casa de Lipe for making our time on Koh Lipe very memorable!

Service: Restaurant staff were very good, but the front desk receptionists need to improve their service attitude and smiles.
Location: A 1-minute walk to Walking Street, right next door. The border checkpoint is also next door, so the location is very convenient.
A welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, especially since it was hot – the cold towel and drink were perfect! 👍 The pool with a pool bar is also great. Overall, everything was very good.

JjulieeetLoved it! 🥰🥰🥰 This stay completely exceeded my expectations. Each room is a small, standalone bungalow, and the hotel's beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff provides shuttle service to and from the pier. 🥰🥰 The rooms are very clean, and it's a short walk along the beach to both the pier and the walking street. For places further out, the staff will help you call a tuk-tuk. There are almost no downsides. I honestly didn't have high hopes before arriving, so I was completely surprised that a 500-yuan hotel could be this good! The only issue is that the service attitude isn't great, and the front desk staff seemed to judge people.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed our stay jt was low season so nice and quiet but still a good atmosphere. Rooms were comfortable, we booked two but could have managed with one room with a 9 and 12 year old. Everything worked , the internet was decent. Gardens and greenery lovely spot. Breakfast was fairly standard for this type of accommodation. Nice fresh fruit eggs, bacon, pancakes , waffles and Asian options, eaten with a nice view of the sea. Location at end of beach but close to walking street. We tended to walk to North point and get a taxi scooter back for 50b. Food on island was good. Coffee from tugboat needs a mention. Island overall is beautiful and has a really nice vibe at present hopefully it doesn't get over developed. North point is a lovely area which still has it's natural beauty.

GGuest UserKoh Lipe is a really untouched island. It's about a 1.5-hour speedboat ride from Langkawi, but the immigration process for both Malaysia and Thailand is just awful. Expect to wait in the sun for 1-2 hours; it's a normal level of inefficiency. If you're particular about hotel quality and environment, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. We stayed in a treehouse pool room, and there were so many dead beetles, mosquitoes, and flies. Right outside the hotel, there's a stinky ditch and a very run-down local slum. The water quality is also really poor; we had to change our filter shower head every day. The only good thing is that the snorkeling water is better than in Langkawi. Honestly, if you're not super into snorkeling, you're much better off finding a nice hotel in Langkawi and just chilling out for a few days.

AAlexandro1990Great value for money. The room was spacious with a large balcony and a comfortable bed. Breakfasts were basic, but enough to get you started. The hotel's location is generally convenient. They cleaned the room every day! A big plus is the water cooler downstairs, so you can get drinking water anytime. You can confidently stay at this hotel.

Номера чистые, постельное белье тоже.
У нас в номере были проблемы со светом, но все было оперативно устранено.

The hotel has seen a lot in its time: a padlock on the front door, cracks in the floor, sockets that are extremely loose, unobtrusive service. However, enough of the negative. Quite good breakfasts, proximity to the sea, good attitude of the staff level out the negative. Try it!
