Hotels with Pools in Surakarta

A month ago, I stayed at Zigna Kampung Batik for our family holiday. We booked the Deluxe Room and the Suite Room, and honestly we had such a pleasant experience here. We were really happy because the hotel gave us complimentary mirror art and a slice cake, such a sweet and thoughtful surprise. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! The location is super strategic, very close to Kampung Batik Laweyan and many great culinary spots in Solo, so it was easy for us to explore the city. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming during our stay, which made us feel comfortable. The facilities are also quite complete considering the price is still very affordable. Maybe the hotel can improve the cleanliness a little more, especially around the bathroom amenities area, and also minimize missed guest requests for an even better experience. Overall, our stay was really worth it and we truly enjoyed our time here. Definitely will come back again next time we visit Solo!

My kids and wife really love this hotel. Since arrival up till check out we had really great time. Complete facilities for kids, nice foods, great servives from all staffs also wonderful ambience this hotel has it all. Great job adhiwangsa hotel...we'll surely comeback next time.

The hotel is large. It feels like a 5-star hotel from the 1990s, a prime example of this area. It's a great place to reminisce. It has a traditional Javanese feel, and the hotel building is spacious, making it perfect for exploring leisurely. The pool is noticeably larger than other hotels. A leisurely stroll in the evening will evoke the atmosphere of a small Indonesian town. The staff are incredibly friendly. All the hotel staff, including the female employees, are smiling brightly and offering genuine assistance.

Friendly staff and a great location. The entrance is impressive, and the welcome cake was a nice touch. The gym and small swimming pool were a nice addition. Unfortunately, the room was disappointing and not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The bathroom was old and poorly maintained, with a dirty bathtub, stained shower curtain, and a water-damaged door. The sheets smelled damp, the curtains didn’t close properly, and the background music from the corridor and the very loud nearby mosque prayer calls made it difficult to sleep past 4:30 am.

Our experience was great. There's adequate facilities here. But, wifi connection wasn't that great and there's no free mineral refill.

A hotel that was once glorious in its time. Spacious rooms, large parking, large pool. Cleanliness is lacking, perhaps because the building is old. The staff also seems to be a bit minimal.. But it's still quite okay, the AC is cold, the refrigerator is cold even though the refrigerator is old, hehehe. Only yesterday the hot water shower was a bit troublesome, not warm & the water to urinate

Mercure Solo is definitely one of the best hotels in Solo. I managed to get a very good deal, which made the stay even more worthwhile. The location is excellent, with plenty of local restaurants and street food within walking distance. Right next to the hotel, there's also an authentic local coffee shop serving great Indonesian coffee and delicious traditional food, which was one of the highlights of my stay. If you enjoy staying active, the area is perfect for a morning walk or run, with a pleasant and safe environment. The hotel facilities are well maintained, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. What impressed me the most was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Solo. Highly recommended!

Neat, clean, close to everywhere. It's pretty good with affordable price.

Solo City is a small city, close to everywhere. 15 minutes to Balapan Train Station. I stay here because of well known Ibis hotel standard and I have to take a train from Balapan Train Station.

The room was very spacious for its class, and the location was strategic. The shower in the bathroom was a bit broken yesterday. Hot water was scarce in the morning. The playground was large and kept the kids entertained.
