Nice hotel. Check in is smooth. Accommodative staff. Toilet hv pipe. But the towels cleanliness can be improved because looks like “very used”. The hotel should change it. Don’t hv time to explore hotel surroundings because arrive late and also check out early the next day. Maybe next time..

LLutfianaI like the place, it's close to kmn2, it's really right in front of Puro Mangkunegaran, when I went there, there was a JD event, it was good, there was entertainment, but you had to go up the stairs on the 3rd floor, carrying 3 large suitcases, but thanks for the help from the employees..🥰
