The service from all staff members was very friendly, prompt, and professional. Both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The hotel facilities are complete, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travel. God willing, I will stay here again on my next visit."

"I stayed at a newly opened hotel that was very clean and well-conceptualized. The air conditioning was cold and effective, and the staff were exceptionally friendly — the welcome drink was amazing. The indoor pool in the building’s center is nice. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty dishes. My only downside was noise transfer between rooms and from outside; while full soundproofing may be impossible, the level of sound was fairly high and noticeably clear. Overall, excellent service, cleanliness, and food — they should improve sound insulation for a quieter stay."

"Booking 2 kamar executive dgn harga per kamar 1,1jt semalam. Begitu turun dari mobil, TIDAK ADA bell boy. Saya dgn barang bawaan segambreng usaha sendiri naik lift, pergi kamar bawa toddler, bawa bayi. First impression udah bikin males. Kamar ok, besar, bersih. Yg bikin ilfil lagi breakfastnya haduh macam hotel 300rb. Restoran kuecil, meja paling cuma ada 20 meja. Makanan yg disediakan juga parah, gak ada istimewa. Jus tidak ada, pudding bantet. Apakah saya mau balik? Klo rate 300-500rb masih oke. Tapi klo sejuta? Better mercure mah."

"This hotel is pretty old but maintained well. The check in procedure was pretty smooth. But the coffee machine was broken and room amenities were poor in stock that we had to call the housekeeping to refill and repair it many times. There is no new bottled water but we had to call to have the refilled water delivered. The room was spacious and AC, hot water worked well."

"The bathroom is not clean, the room is very small. But the ac is cold and the water heater is good. The parking lot is narrow. The hotel doesnt have lift so you have to go to 2nd floor by stairs."
