LLawBoNormally check in time is at 3pm fortunately our room was available so we can check in earlier. Staff at reception were very politely and friendly. We were a group of 3 adults and reserved a two queen room which was tidy and towels were clean.
Surely we will consider to stay at this hotel again if we plan to travel next time.

GGuest UserDuring our stay the hotel us under renovation. We stay at Ground Floor. Even though we have a window, we had to put the curtains up all the time. And the swimming pool and gym were not available most of our stay.
House keeping was provided only twice a week and only once a week the house keeping was for entire room. However, after each house keeping, some of the amenities in the room were missing. One time we were left with 1 coffee mug for the two of us. Another time one garbage bin was missing.
Breakfast was good, though. On weekends the breakfast was served from 7:30am instead of 6:30am during the weekdays. One Saturday we had to leave at 6:45am to join a tour so we thought we'd have no breakfast. But then we came across the staff in the restaurant and he heated up two burgers for us to bring along. We are thankful for his help.
There was no eating places around. That's má»t very convenient.

YYANKAI XIONGGreat location, easy access to highway 404 and lots of restaurants. Facilities are a bit old but still functional, beds are super comfy, my kids love it very much. We stayed 5 nights and slept very well.

YYouyigexiaodaoSpacious rooms with American standards and full amenities. The breakfast spread was ample, with a good variety and quality, including fruit, pastries, and coffee. There's a large commercial plaza nearby with various Chinese dining options. Plenty of free parking is available.

BBrian KeastThe hotel met our needs. It was right off the highway, was comfortable, and was reasonably priced. The free breakfast was very good. Amenities, such as the gym and pool, looked very good. Minor downsides are slightly dated rooms, minor cleaning issues, and a charge of $8 for parking. However, in our case, the cost of parking plus the room was lower than comparable hotels.

GGuest UserWe booked for a week and were upgraded to a family suite. It was incredibly spacious, featuring its own kitchen, dining room, living room, and even a study. Being able to make our own breakfast in the room really delighted the kids. The fitness center was extremely well-equipped, boasting four or five squash courts. We were in town for the Canadian Open and stayed at the same hotel as the players, so we frequently bumped into athletes. There's also a medi-spa right in the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and even spoke Chinese. Overall, our week-long stay was fantastic. We would definitely book this hotel again for our next visit.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, the front desk staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and tidy. However, one thing Iâm not used to is that many hotels in the Toronto area donât have windows that can be opened for ventilation, nor do they have air exchange systems.

GGuest UserThis is my third reservation at Courtyard by Marriott and it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel room was very clean, and the housekeepers were kind in giving me any supplies I was running out of during my stay. I would definitely stay here again, whether with family or myself.

GGuest UserWonderful one night stay. Sandip that was on Reception went beyond his job to make myself and my children feel welcome, 5 stars alone for him. Room was spacious and clean. Lots of parking. Would stay again anytime.
