"We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton hotel Markham, The day of arrival was really stressful and annoying as we weren't able to check-in for over an hour due to miscommunication between Trip.com and hotel and we all know what that feels like after a long flight traveling with a child and the hotel is not close to the airport either. The other days were very good, service was amazing, Sonny from the restaurant is a real Gem, very experienced, helpful and professional thanks Sonny, the food was very good especially the Ontario rack of Lamb and the Waffles breakfast! The apartment was very clean, gym was amazing, the Spa was relaxing and the cleaning staffs are very dedicated and hardworking, I recommend Hilton Markham."

"Normally check in time is at 3pm fortunately our room was available so we can check in earlier. Staff at reception were very politely and friendly. We were a group of 3 adults and reserved a two queen room which was tidy and towels were clean. Surely we will consider to stay at this hotel again if we plan to travel next time."
