Great Hotel, 10/10. Highly recommended if price is not too crazy -Special Location: near old town/river. It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!

The hotel in Warsaw was great, but the one in Krakow was a pleasant surprise. The moment I stopped at the entrance of the hotel, I felt very good and liked it very much. You can see the textile hall at the entrance of the hotel. The location is excellent. The interior decoration of the hotel is very tasteful and very high-end. The room is large, the bathroom is larger than normal, the room equipment has a strong sense of technology, and it is very comfortable facing the courtyard. Breakfast is also great, this restaurant is recommended by Michelin at night, it is so delicious. Krakow is too beautiful to have time for hotel spas. The only thing I don't understand is that there is no partition in the bathroom shower, and the water will spill on the ground beside it.

The hotel service was excellent. The receptionist helped with luggage, and finding and storing the car was also convenient. The management of this star-rated hotel was top-notch. There's a souvenir shop right in front, making it convenient for evening shopping.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location in the middle of the old town. Specially impressed is the historical environment – the building sprays a very special charm and declines from ordinary hotels. The rooms were very clean, well equipped and thanks to air conditioning, also at summer temperatures pleasantly cool. Another highlight is the pool, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. In total, we can continue to recommend Copernicus and would stay here at any time.

This hotel is really great! The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are complete. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the location is also very convenient, and there are all kinds of food and shopping around. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great! Great location and facility for a trip in Krakow. Easy to walk everywhere The breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early. The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water. Very good quality as well. Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

The room is very good, the space is relatively large Auntie cleaned at ten o'clock in the morning and swiped the room card directly. It was a bit scary. There is always a male staff in the gym women's locker room speaking Polish, which is scary! In general, the quality of the personnel is terrible, and the others are pretty good!

Room was great but maybe the management would like to consider installing a Smart TV so that foreign travelers can also watch non-Polish channels. Please replace couch in Room 019. It’s a little old and uncomfortable to sit on. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel.
