The location is excellent. Just around the corner is the Square Center. Turning the other way, you'll find the tram station, making it very convenient to catch a ride. However, taxis can't enter, so you have to walk to the tram station. The facilities are very good, and the rooms are bright. Although there's a restaurant and bar downstairs, it didn't affect my sleep at night. I didn't use the hotel's on-site restaurant for breakfast, as I'd heard the reviews weren't very good. Because there's a cafe downstairs that offers brunch, it's very convenient. I was very pleased with the elevator, so I didn't have to worry about climbing stairs in this old building.

Exceptional service from the check-in reception to the restaurant staff for breakfast. We had a very good time enjoying our stay at the hotel. It is located just opposite Galeria shopping mall and the central station with excellent connectivity like trains, trams and buses to other places and the airport. It is also within walking distance to the old town. An excellent choice for those who wants the modern comfort and access to old town vibe.

I asked for extra towels, and I was grateful that they brought plenty of everything, starting with the bath mat. The minibar was also well-stocked (though chargeable), which was nice. I also had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor, and the bread served before the meal was delicious.

I stayed one night at the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow for a two-day conference and was very impressed. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotless, with a roomy bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Service was excellent as well; staff kindly let me check in at 9am, which was a huge help. The only drawbacks were the location, which is a bit far from Krakow’s main attractions (though there are some good local restaurants nearby), and the conference space being in the underground level, which felt a little enclosed despite being perfectly functional. Overall, for comfort and service this hotel is hard to beat, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Krakow. Btw, room service in the morning was absolutely delicious.

Yeah, so. this is a pretty fantastic hotel in terms of having amazing rooms and the location is quite nice because you're next to all these parks and it's about a 33 minute walk to Old Town, which is actually perfect because you can get a lot of exercise but I would say it's not in Old Town itself if you prefer to be right in the middle. and that could be an upside or downside depending on what you feel about it. and then everything is pretty excellent. I would say the only confusing thing is the rooms have confusing light switches that don't necessarily work the way you might want to. and initially the kettle was also broken. and like it wouldn't stop boiling the water. it wouldn't do the auto shut off. However, they did fix it relatively fast. and the hotel food is pretty decent. but obviously old town food in the actual city is better. location is good. There's like a well fitness gym close by. and overall it's worth staying. Worth noting if you want late checkout they charge some amount per hour. and if you have Marriott status they won't give you free breakfast if you have a high status which is also interesting. But definitely pretty good hotel.

I had an amazing stay in Venetian house Kraków’s Market Square. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town, easy access to all the city’s main attractions. Being able to step out and instantly explore the beautiful streets, historic landmarks, and charming cafes was a huge plus. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kraków. The combination of location, comfort, and top-notch service made it an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning!

Well worth the money, that said I found the bed a little soft but the shower OMG. The old town is a ten minute walk with a taxi rank at the end of the street. Restaurants are but a short walk as are shops for snacks and stuff. Trips can be booked from the hotel.

Nice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both. Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world. Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow. Nice place nice staff and nice location

The hotel is about 5 kilometers from the city center, and a taxi from the airport costs around 50 PLN. There are two parks nearby, as well as a large supermarket, making shopping and dining quite convenient. The hotel's restaurant is also amazing, and they even have an automatic water dispenser, which is pretty cool. A taxi to the city center costs about 25-35 PLN. The room was cleaned quite thoroughly, and towels were replaced frequently. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Krakow.

The hotel is located close to nice parc area and has good transport connection to the city center and Rynek area. Very good breakfast with nice combination of international and local cuisine. Welcoming and helpful stuff should be noted and praised. The room is adequate and cosy with just one note: you should be a slim acrobate or a gymnast to use shower normally, - the bath is nice and spacious, but it would not be easy to take shower comfortly and without having spilled water all around, for XL-and-over persons it is impossible at all. But generally it should not be so gross, and the staying in this hotel is nice, just maybe there should be more local channels on the hotel TV.
