Lovely place and lovely people. Great customer service/care, great greeting, and what a lovely room, too. I loved everything about this place. Location is not the best (over the hill) but has great views of the city. Breakfast is good and the whole place gives you a cozy feeling that you'd like to stay at this lovely B&B more. Stayed for one night but would certainly choose this place if I get back to Bath again. Thanks.

This is the second time we came to this hotel.
The rooms are lovely but especially in the Superior rooms, there should be a comfy sofa chair as the ones are in the room, you can not sit more than 10 minutes.
Jean-Luc was very helpful and kind, he is a great host
