PParty_taeThe reception staff speaks English very well and are very helpful. We checked out early and asked the staff to book a car to take us back to Ho Chi Minh. The staff prepared everything. We had an appointment early in the morning and the staff recommended a hotel that was not far away. We could leave late so that we wouldn't be tired. They recommended it very well. The room was very clean and spacious. It was easy to find the hotel. It was near the walking street and there were many restaurants around. It was great. I will go back and use the service again when I have a chance.

FFGTrippingIt was great - the place is nestled in the middle of a pine tree forest; and the staff are top class. The accommodation will link you up with a butler who will cater to all of your needs, just a text away! On site is also a place named the Seed House where they encourage you to do craft, has lots of toys and art materials for kids

The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip.
Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base.
Highly recommended.

NnikitkaThis hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering breathtaking views. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious – there's so much to choose from! Free amenities include pools (the outdoor one is cool, the indoor one is warmer), a good gym, and billiards. There are other activities available, but they come with an additional charge.
The main reason to visit here is the golf; for enthusiasts of the game, the conditions are simply excellent. If you're not a golfer, the entertainment options might feel a bit limited, as the surrounding area is primarily golf courses where you can't freely wander. However, there are still some interesting places to walk. During our visit, there were forest fires in the vicinity, so the air quality wasn't the best.
Despite this, our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. We definitely recommend it!

It's within a 5-minute drive of attractions like Da Lat Market and Da Lat Cable Car. Iconic spots such as Xuan Huong Lake and the Da Lat Maple Leaf Tourist Area are also nearby.
**Well-Equipped Facilities:** The hotel boasts a scenic swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant, bar, and even a golf course. Guests can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking, catering to a variety of traveler needs.
**Comfortable Rooms:** With 60 rooms, the hotel offers a range of options including standard rooms, deluxe rooms, suites, and apartments. GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The environment is soothing and relaxing, just the right place to unwind after a hectic tour. Although it's a little out of the city, we're easily connected to everywhere by your most efficient Grab service. Of special mention is the service of your great staff. At the breakfast room, Vy is the perfect PR who gave us very good information about where to visit and eat. I love the restaurants she suggested especially Rom and the chicken salad. Last night I had a very nice experience with Nga who knew I had stomach upset. She was most kind and thoughtful to suggest dishes I could eat and even offered ginger tea with honey. I'm very touched. Having travelled all around the world, I've never experienced such excellent service. Big thumbs up to Mercure!

EEverygeniaI love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal).
Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte.
It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc)
Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

Eelmmmore than just clean and aesthetic, Le Recit is the most beautiful hotel in Dalat… I think it is newly renovated as everything looks so new and clean. The hotel has a storybook/ fairytale theme where the whole building is a story (Le Recit) and each floor is called a chapter, each room represents a page. All the designs are so beautiful and creative. I would love to stay at Le Recit again. the security dogs are so cute. But the front of the hotel is very muddy, hope they can fix that because it’s a bit nasty. and the breakfast options can be better. wifi is also weak. christmas decorations are amazing, each room door has their own wreath. fantastic
