Guest UserHotel is good, garden as in paradise, cleaned every day, towels changed, garbage removed, service excellent. The room humidity is really great. TV, refrigerator, fan everything is. The hotel 21-30 had to go through the fence, then gave the security number. The location of the hotel, without a bike boring there, do nothing. Therefore either call a taxi to go to the center, or a bike to rent.

Good hotel/homestay at cheap price (my room was about USD 11/night, all-in, booking via Trip.com).
Male receptionist/owner is very helpful & courteous. Room is quiet, clean, tidy & spacious. No smell.
Toilet is clean, tidy & spacious as well.
Facilities inside room: hair dryer, water boiling kettle, wifi, hot shower, toiletries like shampoo (sachets), comb, toothbrushes, etc.
Nice comfortable beds & pillows.
Complementary 2 bottled water.
Plenty of cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area.
Motorbikes available for rent for 100k VND/24-hr (minimum rental of 24-hr, thereafter day can be 1/2 day).
Slight complaint:
1. The glass part of the door need curtain as day time light shining through the glass affect those who need to wake up late.
2. It will also be good if there is TV & complimentary sachets of coffee/tea.

Anonymous UserWe had a very comfortable stay in Da Lat Eco Hotel. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. He helped us check in early. There were two properties at the hotel and we stayed in Eco 2. The room was spacious with a tiny balcony that was connected to the room next to ours. We didn't use the balcony a lot because the property acrossed the street was renovating and there were dust. The facilities that comes with the room were good, though I'd suggest the hotel to change the sheets and linens because there were old stains on them. I personally liked the hotel location. It was a little far away from the night market, but it was close to the Crazy House and Dinh Bao Dai. For taxi, I'd suggest using Lado that could easily take you to the city center and the train station. Also there was a restaurant opposite to the hotel that served chicken. We didn't try it but there was always a line from the local people. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff. Days before we arrived, we received a message reminding that there might be noise due to the New Year (our stay was great even with some noises). When we were there, they kindly offer us free bananas, candy, artichoke tea, and coffee. You can also buy the tea and coffe from the staff directly. Highly recommend the artichoke tea! It's Da Lat specialty and must-try and it tastes amazing. I never thought that artichoke could be made into tea!

The location is super convenient, easily walkable to the night market area. We were out early and back late, so didn't interact much with the staff, but for the brief encounters, their English was excellent. The room is quite spacious; two beds for two people felt very roomy. If I had to nitpick, the room felt a little damp when we first entered, but that might have been due to the weather during our stay.

Manor Villas Da Lat really offers beautiful scenery. It’s located on the outskirts of the city, yet still only about 5–7 minutes from the lake, which makes it feel peaceful without being too far 🌿
The property is very clean. We originally booked a Superior Room with garden view, but they offered us an upgrade to a suite with city view at a much better price, which we really appreciated.
We made the booking around 9 AM after landing early in the morning and arrived at the property around 11 AM. They showed us the upgraded room first before asking us to pay, which felt very transparent. They also tried to arrange an early check-in for us, but after waiting about an hour, we decided to head out and explore the city instead.
Unfortunately, I don’t have photos—only videos.
One thing that could be improved is the shower area. The floor felt a bit squeaky and slippery, and the shower and toilet are on the same floor level, so the area can get quite wet 🚿
Other than that, everything was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, amenities were complete (cotton buds, toothbrush, hairdryer), and the shower gel smelled really good.
For the price, this place offers great value with a spacious room. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat 😊

I’m so satisfied with my stay!
Location: It’s very close to town and within walking distance of the Da Lat night market (Chợ Đà Lạt). At night, there are good bars and pubs nearby that you can walk to. For your convenience, there’s a mart on the main road as well. However, the hostel is situated in an alley that cars cannot access, so you’ll need to park on the main road and walk to the hostel.
Service: Top-notch! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English. They let us keep our luggage and relax in the hostel’s common area before and after check-in and check-out. They also provide a common bathroom in case you arrive early or stay late, and they’re happy to call a taxi for you. The best part is that they have motorcycles and bicycles for rent; however, you’ll need to leave your passport with them (we received ours back in good condition).
Amenities: They provide all the essentials for a comfortable stay, though there’s no toothpaste provided. The weather is cool enough that you don’t need air conditioning. There’s a common iron and stove available for use (a small fee applies for the stove).
Cleanliness: Good for a hostel. They have dogs, but there’s no smell or pet hair around.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely stay here again.

It's a family run homestay. The location is very good but they do not have an elevator. So the guest has to fetch his luggage from the ground floor to the first or second floor on his own. We booked our room on the 2nd floor. So I had to literally drag our two big luggage from the ground floor up to the second floor. It was really horrible. They do not clean the room unless you request them. They have a very small standard room on the second floor without any balcony. But there is a common balcony facing mountains. You can sit there and enjoy it. You must hire a motorbike if you wish to go to the city on your own. This hotel is located up on the hillside. You can book a cab or a motorbike on the grab application from your mobile phone. There are far better hotels available in the Da Lat city with much better amenities.

this room has a huge window but it faces another house/hotel. tbh I dont mind since it's on the first floor, technically no one could really see you. for the price and the location and all these amenities and services, I could not really ask for more

Anonymous UserThe hotel's main advantage is its location. Apart from that, the hotel feels quite old. There is no elevator at the hotel, the receptionist carried our luggage upstairs when we checked in. However, when we checked out, we had to carry our luggage downstairs ourselves. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very weak, making it inconvenient to use.
My stay at this hotel ended up being a very unsettling experience. The room door has a partially frosted glass panel, so I could clearly see the shadow of anyone standing outside. A man stood in front of my room several times, and I could see his shadow lingering there. I also saw him reaching for the door handle. It happened around midnight, and I was terrified. I was literally shaking when I reported it to the reception.
The receptionist told me he had spoken to the man and said the man was ”just smoking” in the balcony. However, based on what I personally witnessed, it did not seem like someone who was simply smoking. I repeatedly saw his shadow outside my door as he stood there, checking my room. This made me feel extremely unsafe. What made the situation even worse was that there was no additional security latch on the inside of the door, so I did not feel adequately protected. I could barely sleep for the rest of the night.
I hope the hotel takes guest safety more seriously by improving room security and ensuring guests feel safe during their stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very clean, cozy, and located in a great area. Most places were within walking distance, but if you have a motorbike, it’s just a short ride to find food or coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
The hotel also offers an affordable laundry service, which was very convenient. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
