Great
GGuest UserI had the pleasure of staying at this brand new hotel, and it truly exceeded expectations. The facility is modern and spotless, but the real highlight is the staff—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. When I struggled with the coffee machine in my room, someone was there in minutes to guide me through it with a smile. A special shout-out to Erin, who went above and beyond. Not only did she surprise me for my birthday (such a thoughtful touch!), but she also gave me fantastic local tips and advice. Thanks to her, I discovered Ruka—an amazing restaurant I highly recommend. She also helped me plan my first walk around Harvard Campus, which was a highlight of my trip. The location is perfect, right next to Harvard Business School with a lovely view. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers warmth, efficiency, and a great setting. I’ll definitely be back!

SSergei TonkovAn excellent new hotel. The rooms are small, but very comfortable! A comfortable large bed right by the window with a city view (at check-in, you can choose a low or high floor and whether or not to have a city view). Check-in is easy. The shower and all the plumbing are new, everything is superb. Modern TV. The lighting, air conditioning, TV, etc. are controlled from a tablet, which is also very convenient. There are two types of curtains: blackout and sun protection. The area is convenient – you can quickly reach Cambridge, and Downtown is a 15-minute walk away. , the Freedom Trail is also nearby. The hotel is located in the bus station building, but there are few people around, so it doesn't feel like a neighbor. However, there is a large food court nearby, a huge supermarket with a huge selection of everything, including alcohol and prepared foods. Also across the street is Little Italy, with many delicious restaurants and bars. Overall, we are very glad we chose this hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is great. North Station offers access to two subway lines; you can take the Green Line directly to Fenway Park, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Boston Common. TD Garden is also just a 5-minute walk away. Bowdoin Station on the Blue Line, which connects to the airport, is close by too. It's a huge plus that you don't have to transfer when traveling with luggage, as the subway stations only have stairs. The shower water takes a few minutes to warm up, but it gets there. The room had a fridge, with bottled water inside, and a coffee maker. Downstairs, in front of the front desk, there was water, fruit-infused water, and fresh fruit, with coffee available in the mornings. While there were some minor imperfections and dents in the room, it didn't bother me. It's a stylish hotel, and the cleaning staff did a great job.

OORRAYA SUVAPHROMrecently stayed at Hilton Boston Logan Airport and had a very convenient experience overall. The biggest advantage is the direct connection to Logan Airport through the covered skywalk, which made traveling with luggage and catching an early flight extremely easy. The location is perfect for transit stays or overnight layovers. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being near the airport. I also liked the nice city and runway views. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were well maintained. The only downside was that food and drinks at the hotel were quite expensive, and dining options nearby are limited because it is located inside the airport area. Some parts of the hotel also feel slightly dated compared to newer hotels in Boston. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone needing convenience, comfort, and quick airport access, especially for early morning flights or short stays in Boston.

ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude. There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation. In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

GGuest UserYOTEL is honestly a pretty cool place if you’re into modern, no-frills stays. The rooms are small, but they’re designed really smartly, so it doesn’t feel too cramped. I liked the adjustable bed and the overall vibe—it feels kind of futuristic. The self-check-in is quick, though it can feel a bit impersonal. It’s in a great location, which makes getting around easy. That said, it’s probably not the best if you want lots of space or a super cozy feel. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short, convenient stay.

GGuest UserLocation was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

GGuest UserIt’s really clean and spacious and very close to the airport with a shuttle that takes you there. We had one issue with the water in the shower wouldn’t go down and they told us we had to wait until morning, but with some push back as we just got off a long international flight. They changed the room for us. And they made it right when we stopped by the from desk in the morning, will stay there again.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just about a five-minute walk from the subway station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants conveniently nearby. The room is a bit dated but clean, and mineral water is provided daily. Every night, I would frequently hear a rumbling sound, which was probably the subway running.

AAlvinOngIs an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good. Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this. Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel.
