カッパドキアに泊まるならギョレメが1番。ロケーション的には最適ではなかった。 それでも室内はゴージャスで清潔感がありました。 設備的にはドアの施錠がとても困難でした。 直して欲しいと思いました。 ホテルの朝食はとても美味しくトルコの伝統的な食事が取れました。あとツアーも予約してくれるなどサービスはとても良かったです。

Hitting sistem and warm floor made is feel like home at winter days. Just loved this place, definitely I will turn back here our next trip to Cappadocia

Our stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having. The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me! On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for everything you did to make our stay so great.

Как нам повезло, что из всех отелей в Каппадокии мы выбрали именно Serinn. Хотели переночевать в пещерном номере и наша мечта сбылась. Прекрасный отель. Номер по высшему разряду. Все сделано с душой и любовью. Одноразовые тапочки, гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер. Все полотенца белоснежные. Чай, кофе, шоколадные батончики, вода бесплатно. В душе очень хороший напор воды. Отель небольшой, но есть зона для отдыха с диванами и стульчиками. Вокруг цветы, растения. Завтрак просто космос. Так вкусно и по-домашнему нас еще нигде не кормили. Овощи, сыры, настоящий бекон, клубника, киви, нутелла. Отдельно для каждого приготовили омлет и турецкие лепешки. Сама Эрен владелец данного отеля - очень чудесная женщина. Открытая. Добрая. Возле отеля есть парковка. До ресторанов и магазинов недалеко. На машине ездили до поляны с запуском воздушных шаров, дорога заняла минут 10. Однозначно рекомендую.

Simply and briefly, if we come to Urfa next time, it will definitely be this hotel again! Location; Perfect! - 5Min. away from the old town and ”Balıkıgöl”. Personnel; not to overtake! - The staff is overtaking to friendliness and customer friendliness. The diving relationship is built immediately. Do not look at guides or similar about .... The staff and the management are best informed and are happy to give tips and tour proposals. Rooms; dreamy (see the picture)

It feels very strange haha, the room is much better than expected and the picture~ The service staff is very good. Basically, the hotel can bring all the help you can think of in Cappadocia. From booking the pick-up and drop-off to the hot air balloon experience, it is very good.

The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.

Just an amazing hotel in the center with a very cool design of the rooms. We lived in the simplest and most expensive room with a pool. Both are cool, but with a pool of course chic. Very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel, very caring and friendly staff, they helped with everything. We bought all excursions at the hotel, they came out cheaper, which is very surprising. I really liked that each room has its own exit and a small terrace with different interiors. Very tasty breakfasts. Everything is very stylish and aesthetically pleasing, each vase and mug in the room is simply a work of art. Highly recommend this hotel in Cappadocia ❤️

the stuff is sooo friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the hotel location is near the ortahisar castle and the most popular street of the town with restaurants. it is 10 min from Göreme by car. the room is clean, comfortable, has everything you could need and WARM - the weather was cold and rainy, so this fact saved ours cold asses. but if you go during the warm or hot weather, take into account that room has no ventilation (no windows as well) except the door. so i recommend to book a room with a window here :)

Fantastic cave hotel, good service, great breakfast Although Urgup, I think the value for money is far better than Goreme (if you rent a transport) I also stayed overnight in Goreme which is a basement in poor condition but more expensive.
