"*********** says it has parking, but it doesn't. There are only five spaces outside on the street, and they make you leave the keys with them so they can move the cars. We were afraid they'd scratch it because of the small space, and that's what happened, meaning they'd charge us for the damage when we returned the rental car. The room didn't have air conditioning, which meant we couldn't rest well since it's incredibly hot in Cappadocia in the summer. The shower had mold on the walls and there was a lot of dirt on the mirror, hairdryer, etc. Furthermore, the receptionist tried to sell us tours almost before saying "Hello." The correct thing to do is let you settle in, give information about the hotel, etc., and then offer information. When I asked about a hiking area in Cappadocia, they didn't offer any help (how to get there, etc.). Of course, since I didn't book a tour for that purpose. We're not cattle to be milked, we're people. We're dedicated to tourism, so we know what we're talking about. Finally, the coffee machine was broken the entire stay, and they didn't bother to fix it. The cats were all over the breakfast room, even climbing up on the counters and sniffing the food. The restaurant's food prices are excessively high. Finally, they have very loud music until 11:00 p.m."

"My best friend and I were traveling from America and had an amazing stay at Tafoni. The beds were very comfortable and the room was always clean. What set this place apart was the amazing staff that made us feel like we were at a 5 star hotel by following through immediately on any request we had, small or large. The chef, Sadi, was absolutely incredible and makes the best traditional Turkish pizza. The waitress, Fatos, was amazing as well. the manager, Halit, spoke great English and was very attentive to us. Yusuf at the front desk was so kind. I am missing some others but truly every staff member we came into contact with treated us like family and with the utmost care. I would recommend this little gem to anyone coming to Cappadocia who is looking for a less touristy and more authentic Turkish experience. I will definitely be back! "Terrible experience. The hotel doesn't maintain its facilities. The room had several problems. First, the lights behind the headboard were short-circuiting, which was very annoying. We went to the receptionist, who told us to turn off the light and see what would happen tomorrow. We found this unprofessional. We insisted, and they finally brought someone to look at the problem. Upon inspection, they discovered that one of the bed legs was loose, and they couldn't fix it. In fact, it got worse, as we were left without light in that area, the bed leg was unstable, and the headboard was poorly positioned. My partner and I decided to use the jacuzzi in the room, as it was one of the reasons we booked there, but it didn't work properly. The jets were stuck, the button wouldn't move, and it smelled bad. We were furious about the time wasted on all of this and that the room had so many problems considering the price. We spoke with the staff and they offered us another room for the following day since it was full at that time. The next morning, we decided to leave (we had two more nights booked) because of everything that had happened. They agreed to refund us for those two nights we weren't going to use, and we left peacefully, trusting their word. It was a lie. They lied to us for weeks, making excuses that *********** wasn't sending the information, etc. We called *********** again and again with the requirements they asked for, until we realized it was a strategy by the hotel staff. They weren't going to give us our money back; they had been deceiving us from that day on. Furthermore, the facilities were generally terrible. The rooftop terrace wasn't open as shown in the photos; it was dirty and had old furniture. It was unusable, and the common areas were generally filthy. The only positive thing was the breakfast staff—they were lovely. Don't go there and invest your money in much better places."

He took the time to make a travel plan just for us, so we could explore the surrounding areas in a very enjoyable way. His advice on where to eat was excellent, and he also organized an ATV/Safari tour for us. This tour was really unique—only the three of us, so it felt like a private experience. It was truly unforgettable, and I think it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The hospitality at Rose Nest Cave Hotel was exceptional. Mr. Ahmet made us feel very welcome, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a very warm and cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, it was a great experience for us."
