3-Star Hotels in Urgup

The guaranteed hotel found in Cappadocia is not in the town of Goreme, but in the town of Erjupu, 10 minutes drive from Goreme. It is a very quiet and convenient town. It is not so commercial, but it can feel the local customs. The most important thing is that the boss has studied Chinese at Xiamen University and married his wife in Xiamen. There is no obstacle to communication. It is too convenient for me who is not very good in English. I have set a day trip on the Green Line, hot air balloon, and ATV to watch the sunset. This hotel is located in the small town of Ortahisar. A shuttle bus from NAV Airport takes you directly to the hotel for 400 lira. While not as bustling as Goreme, it's quite quiet. There's a large supermarket right outside, making shopping convenient. The hotel is about a ten-minute taxi ride from Goreme town. We arrived late, and the owner waited for us until after midnight. His dog, Cinnamon, was also there. The room was clean and the decor was unique. The owner also kept the grounds very cozy. The owner prepared a hearty breakfast in the morning. He also came to clean the room every day for the two days we stayed. For travel, you can ask the owner any questions directly, and he also helped us find taxi drivers at reasonable prices! We had a lovely stay in the winter. Our room was fabulous with a small living room and it was really cosy. The staff were so helpful, particularly Murat who rushed around making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and served on the roof overlooking the whole of Urgup. We would highly recommend this cave hotel!

Breakfast is delicious! The time was barely enough on the balloon tour, but he was happy to provide breakfast. The room was atmosphere, clean and the amenities with the Cappadocia logo were cute. The hotel terrace is available to anyone, so I think it feels good on a good day.

Almost assorted is good. Especially sleeping in the cave is romantic and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is also very satisfactory, and the service of the staff is also very good. However, the coffee and fruit for breakfast were quite lacking. Value for money is not bad.

We booked a family room for two mothers and two children. Two 1.2 sized beds + one 1.8 sized large bed, it was a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good, and the service staff were especially nice. They helped us rent a car, order a hot air balloon, and carry our luggage. It is said that it was opened by a few boys who had studied in China before, and they are very fluent in Chinese. It’s about 10 minutes’ drive from the town of Goreme. The nearest town is a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk.

Cosy and affordable hotel with wonderful hosts, overall decent breakfast (the bread is amazing), and they have turkish coffee here . Some really nice views from the balcony and you can hike up the hill just outside the hotel for a sunrise. On the downside location is a bit remote so you'd have to taxi in and out, a taxi to Goreme centre will cost about 10 Euros one way. Also the room isn't soundproof so hopefully your neigbors aren't noisy but you get some wonderful birds chirping in the morning. Ilhan the manager and Nergis the owner helped us plan our trip even before we arrived, they can help you plan and organize private tours if you want i.e. hot air baloon, underground city, airport transfer or any time you need to book a cab. All the other staff were really down to earth and nice people. We had a wonderful time.

Such a lovely host at this hotel. We loved the suite, with the amazing jacuzzi, lounge space and the room which had a king-size bed and a single bed for our child. The breakfast was outstanding and the view over the city too. We'll be back!

The stay was overall okay. The hotel had paid parking, which was a little inconvenient. Unfortunately, the bathtub was not working properly and water was leaking. We informed the staff, but it was only fixed the following day, which was quite unpleasant. Apart from this issue, everything else was fine and the staff were helpful.
