Stayed in La Wally room. In Luca city, it is the palace of the Tucci family before Luca, with a historical atmosphere and baroque style. That is, friends who drive by themselves must contact the store in advance, because Google Navigation will navigate the vehicle into the street that cannot be driven in, and you must follow the map route provided by the hotel. There is also the check-in time, which has to be checked in before 8 o'clock, otherwise a 25 euro service fee will be charged.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The room was spacious, full of character, but had all you needed (air con, kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer) The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and mentioned we were vegan when we booked. She baked a vegan cake for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! They also offered oat milk. Perfect stay!

Actually everything was fine and really quiet and nice breakfast and 24 hour reception. There is a main building and a depandance, although close to each other, but there are a lot of stairs, so this hotel is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking. The rooms have their own air conditioning that works and is very easy to operate, which is fine.

Отличный отель в прекрасном городе Лукка! Всё близко ; и кафе, и магазины, и вме достопримечательности города. Очень понравилось отношение персонала и особенно Стефании. Она говорит достаточно хорошо по- русски . Было приятно получить от неё ценные советы по изучению города

’Old style’ hotel with clean and ok room. Just perfect for stop if you are e.g. having early flight. Nice breakfast. Met only one person who spoke english. Maybe different siruautomaatit as the season starts.
