The hotel's location is excellent, and the room is perfect for a family of four. It comes with a washing machine and cooking facilities, plus there's a gym and sauna. It's within walking distance to attractions, and the surrounding amenities are complete, though it is a bit dated.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Helsinki, and overall it was a great experience. The location is excellent - right next to Helsinki Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city by train, tram, or metro. It’s perfect for both tourists and business travelers. The hotel itself combines a classic and modern design. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed. All essential amenities were well provided, including a fitness center and a traditional Finnish sauna. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, from continental dishes to local Finnish specialties, and everything tasted great. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were minor delays during busy times. Still, the overall service was very good. Was a great hotel in a great location convenient to that Central Station and also has tram station just around the corner. Has a decent breakfast selection and also a clean and lovely room

Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

Basic hotel for staying, no services provided, self check in type of hotel. If you booking this hotel, do not book via trip.com as the hotel need self you an email to complete check in and if you book via trip.com then you will not be able to receive that email, at least I didn’t receive. This result to having issue during checking in.

The location is excellent, just outside terminal and very well signed. In 30m you are in helsinki centre. The room is quiet and comfortable beds and pillows Very good for stopover or early flights. Friendly people at reception

Nice rooms but too much hassle during the stay. Rooms should have work desks according to the website. Mine didn't have one. Had to switch rooms 2 times before they said they don't have any standard rooms with desks and they upgraded me to a business room. It took an hour until I was finally checked in. The room they gave me had a bad drain smell and they knew about it because the maintenence guy came without me complaining. The window was also stuck partly open so the construction noise bothered me until I realized and asked them to fix. On departure day, they charged my credit card with the full stay amount even though the reservation was prepaid (charge luckily didn't go through as my card limit was reached). On the upside, the hotel and rooms are nice in general and the staff was always friendly. I would still recommend this hotel as the chances of all of this reoccurring are quite low, though I can't give a positive review after my stay. The breakfast was solid, though the eggs were quite poor. The warm dishes in general were quite greasy too.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The amenities were also great, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. As a couple, we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful details. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The free airport shuttle is at gate 42. Make sure you don't get off at the wrong stop; the hotel is the third stop for the bus, even though the first few stops might have similar names. The room facilities are really basic, and the bathroom had a leak. Breakfast was pretty standard and not really suited for a Chinese palate. However, it's very convenient if you're just looking for a place to stay after a flight.

Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
