4-Star Hotels in Cairo

Overall good spacious rooms, good breakfast spread and a nice pool area and we would have had a great trip only if it had thinner pillows. Unfortunately the hotel only had one type of pillows and they were quite thick and difficult for us to sleep comfortably and that spoilt a bit of the experience. That's the reason to cut one star from amenities. We had a great city view room and picture shows the view with the cairo tower .

It was a wonderful stay at Blue Ocean Studio. The entire place is clean and well-maintained, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The swimming pool area is another highlight clean, cozy, and a great spot to unwind. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff: incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

Excellent facilities in the rooms. Notably, breakfast is also unparalleled in its variety and quality. The bellboys are very attentive and look out for their guests. Especially I would like to express my sincere thanks to the last bellboy I came in contact with. If I had to mention a disappointment, it would be a very small portion, but there were some staff members in the restaurant that showed glimpses of inexperience. When I visited the restaurant in the evening for a la carte, I was repeatedly asked if I was finished. Since this restaurant does not have a table system where the staff is in charge of the table, it is still a bit of a turn-off to be asked by more than one person. I also happened to see them in situations where they carelessly bumped or dropped dishes and broke them.

Novotel Cairo Airport offered a convenient, if brief, respite. Proximity to the terminals is its strongest asset, ideal for layovers. The rooms were clean and functional, though somewhat dated. Service was efficient, though not overly warm. The breakfast buffet provided a decent selection. Noise insulation was adequate, minimizing airport disturbances. Overall, it's a practical choice for transit passengers prioritizing ease of access over luxury. A solid, reliable option for a short stay, fulfilling its purpose as an airport hotel.

The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing me with restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of local and international dishes to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurants also did not disappoint, serving exquisite meals in an elegant setting. The amenities at Hilton Zamalek are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, and the outdoor pool area is a peaceful oasis where I could unwind after a day of exploring Cairo. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, with many of the city's attractions just a short drive away. Overall, my stay at the Hilton in Zamalek exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes this hotel a standout choice in Cairo. The hotel did new extension for new room and it is a good extension

Very spacious unit. Warm service beyond expectations. Two individuals were literally amazing. Mr. Ayman the bell captain and Amira in the lobby. They ironed many cerious problems and difficulties we were experiencing. Our k thanks and God bless them

The staff was very kind. The cleanliness and amenities were not great for the price. The dogs were howling at night. The location was about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area where the archaeological museum is located. The breakfast had a wide variety of options.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were so kind and too care of all our needs. The kocation entrance can be slightly tricky for user drivers but if you let 5hem know in chat where exactly you are, I helps considerably.

Second time staying here. One day when I was having breakfast, I forgot my chest bag with my passport and money in the breakfast room. I remembered it an hour later. I rushed to the front desk and found that the chest bag was well kept by the front desk manager. This service level is beyond words. Thank you very much! This time, we also changed to a bigger room. The room is well decorated, clean and quiet, very satisfied. There is a small supermarket downstairs, where you can buy water and snacks at normal local prices. The Chinese restaurant next door is as delicious as always.
