Nice minsu overseeing greenery. Staff was helpful and servic was great. Would come back to stay again.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. There's a Starbucks right downstairs. Our room had a private hot tub, and the decor was lovely and clean with ample space. There's also an outdoor hot spring (which we unfortunately didn't get to use). The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a more Chinese focus, and the quality was excellent for a hotel of this caliber.

We originally stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi with a tour group, and later booked an additional room through the platform. It turned out to be an excellent decision! Compared to the fast pace of the group tour, extending our stay at Just Sleep was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. I must commend the current service team at the hotel; they are truly outstanding and provide excellent service quality. A big thank you to General Manager Vera Yang for her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and meticulous care. Gina at the front desk always greeted us with a radiant and friendly smile, offering wonderful service. Tony was highly efficient in his assistance, and Cathy in reservations showed great emotional intelligence in understanding and helping us. The hotel's location is perfect. Although it's within the scenic area, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful, with lush greenery and a gentle stream – perfect for a leisurely stroll. The breakfast ingredients were clearly carefully selected for their high quality and delicious taste. The hot spring tub in the room is very spacious, complemented by large glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the green trees and distant mountains while soaking – truly relaxing. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Sipping coffee while gazing at the green vegetation outside truly felt blissful. This hotel is truly a highlight of our trip; Just Sleep is fantastic! We look forward to staying here again!

Yu Peng Villa was our first and BEST accommodation on this Yilan-Taroko-SML-Alishan road trip. We arrived much later than expected and were relieved that our message to Trip.com got through to the guesthouse. When we drove up to the place (an easy find with GPS), a member of the staff walked up to our car and guided us to the drop off point. I love the designer vibes of the property which is well maintained with a sizeable garden and plenty of flowers in bloom. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The showers worked and there was hot water. The western-style breakfast was generous in portion and delicious. Best of all was the hospitality extended to us. It was the only place where we felt truly welcomed on this 8-day trip. The staff here chatted with us, gave advice on places of interest and sent us off with fruit from the orchard. After the great experience here, all the other places we stayed at pale drastically in comparison. If you're planning to visit the Kavalan Distillery, this place is a great stayover option! Truly a slice of paradise.

The bustling downtown and market are just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Nearly all the staff were incredibly friendly and professional in answering our questions. This trip marked our seven-month anniversary, and it added so many wonderful memories as we head towards our eighth month together. Upon check-in, the hotel learned we were celebrating our anniversary and thoughtfully upgraded us to a mountain-view room. The in-room welcome drinks were incredibly generous, featuring mini beers, plum wine, coke, and Pocari Sweat – essential for rehydration after a soak; they even included face masks to pamper us while we enjoyed the in-room hot spring bath. All the room's fixtures and fittings were new and high-quality: a Toto washlet, a Panasonic 1400 nanoe hairdryer, a thoughtful wooden gua sha massage comb, and hyaluronic acid-infused shower gel that left skin feeling smooth and soft. What truly amazed me were the double-layered automatic curtains (even in the room's private hot spring area!). The double room's bathtub was spacious enough for up to four people – a very comfortable size. In the afternoon, the lobby offered preserved fruits and freshly brewed tea, perfect for a relaxing break after a dip in the outdoor public hot spring. After dinner, they provided handmade kumquat-flavored tofu pudding, and it was unlimited – so generous! (There's a lovely staff member in the lobby, Tina, who's a treasure trove of recommendations for local food and sights; don't hesitate to ask her for her secret list of must-try places!) Last but not least, I highly recommend trying the hotel's breakfast, especially the freshly blanched beef soup. Even my boyfriend, who grew up in Tainan, the home of beef soup, couldn't stop raving about it. *If you're planning a weekday visit like we did and want to try some local famous eateries, be sure to check their opening hours in advance. Many popular spots are only open from Friday to Sunday or during specific hours, like mornings until 2 PM. (Luckily, you can find a lot of food on Uber Eats!) Heartily recommend!

The surrounding countryside is beautiful. The room has small children's play equipment, which the kids loved and didn't want to leave. There are bicycles available for rent at the door, but unfortunately, it was so hot, so everyone enjoyed the view from the balcony! Hahaha. The bathtub in the bathroom is huge, but it's a shame we didn't use it because we finished it. It will definitely be great to soak in it when we come back in the winter! I really like this place! It was a great reason to go to Luodong Night Market for dinner in the evening!

I recently stayed at a charming bed and breakfast that exceeded all my expectations. The highlight was definitely the playful slide right in our bedroom—what a fun and unexpected touch! The kids had a blast and made our stay feel even more special. Outside, the play pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. We enjoyed splashing around and lounging in the sun. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, making it an ideal place to kick back after a day of exploring. One of the best parts of our stay was the delicious ********* food served at the B&B. Each meal was bursting with flavor, showcasing authentic dishes that satisfied our cravings. I highly recommend trying their rice rolls and congee —they were simply delightful! Overall, this bed and breakfast offers a wonderful blend of fun activities and fantastic food. Whether you're visiting with family or looking for a unique getaway, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back for more sliding and savoring!

This hotel is practically beachfront, with its own private beach access just a minute's walk away. The main highlight of this place is its stunning black volcanic sand beach. It looks unique and incredibly atmospheric, especially beautiful at sunset when the waves sparkle on the dark sand. You can walk for a long time, take unique photos, and simply enjoy nature. The hotel has a pizzeria, and I must commend their pizza—it's genuinely delicious! Thin crust, juicy toppings, and a good selection. We ordered seafood pizza and a classic Margherita; everything arrived hot with a tempting crust. This was a pleasant surprise because it's usually hard to find a truly tasty meal, not just a snack, at hotels near the beach. The hotel itself is modern, with clean and compact rooms that have everything you need. The staff are polite, and they speak English at the reception. Overall, I recommend it to anyone looking for a unique beach vacation in Taiwan who appreciates comfort and delicious food. The value for money is excellent. We would definitely come back here again!

My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Jiaoxi in Yilan was truly enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near the famous hot springs, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The property has a modern yet welcoming atmosphere, with spacious rooms that feature comfortable beds and large windows offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. One of the highlights was the hot spring facilities—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff were courteous and helpful, always attentive to guests’ needs. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both ********* and international dishes. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, great service, and the unique charm of Jiaoxi’s hot springs, making it a wonderful choice for both leisure and family trips.

Luggage holding available. The hotel layout is not the most senior/family friendly due to having stairs leading up to the room. However room is spacious and bed is comfortable & clean. Lots of different channels to watch on the the tv. Shower area wise there was one night with a 5min wait for hot water. Having no full curtain or partition separating the bath area & toilet, expect the floor to be wet after shower. Breakfast is provided, you Indicate your meal option on the day of check in. The food area staff were very polite and helpful. Overall a really good place for couples!
