First time staying at this hotel, and I had a very good experience with the service. The small details in the room were also well thought out, like the clothes drying rack near the A/C vent, which felt very considerate. Keep up the great work!

I seldom stay in B&Bs. This one was recommended to me by a friend. I came here because the scenery was beautiful. I was so disappointed! First of all, it takes an hour to drive a winding mountain road to get to the B&B (if I knew this, I would definitely not come here). The whole family felt like vomiting when they were driving! Of course, this is my personal reason. First of all, the hotel road signs are not obvious. There is no indication of where the front desk is. We looked for it for a while. Secondly, the room I booked says that the bed is 2 meters in size. I can guarantee that it is definitely not 2 meters! The design of the room is extremely unreasonable! There is only a trash can next to the toilet in the whole room. The sink and the toilet are not in the same area. There is no place to throw the garbage produced by washing. It can only be thrown on the sink! It is very inconvenient. Another very anti-human thing is that the handle of the sink is actually round? When your hands are full of foam, you can't turn the handle at all! It's slippery! I really don't know what the person who designed this handle thought! And there is no soap box for the soap? There is no TV in the room. To be honest, this is the first time I have seen such an extremely inhumane design~ The second point is that the only entertainment project in the entire B&B is the infinity pool, which is full of slots! First of all, the swimming pool is very dirty. The ground is slippery. The water is green. There are mosses on the bottom and edge of the pool. Secondly, the deep water area is 1.6 meters! It is very deep. Most girls can't step on the ground. The most incomprehensible thing is that there is no lifeguard? I have stayed in so many hotels. All swimming pools are equipped with many lifeguards and are very cautious and careful to pay attention to the safety of children swimming! This hotel has a water depth of 1.6 meters and no lifeguard? ? The safety hazard is so great! And that day, I was walking in the shallow water with my child in my arms and was tripped by a transparent boat that sank to the bottom of the pool. Both of us fell into the water and my legs were bruised. It was such a small pool, and the staff didn't know that a transparent boat sank! Another safety hazard +1. My experience here is already very bad, so I went to the restaurant to eat. As a result, when there were only three tables of people on that day, I waited for 50 minutes after ordering the meal before the food was served! It's really speechless. Adults and children are starving. I stay in many hotels every year. I have stayed in good and bad hotels, but you are the first one who wants to write a bad review!

Strangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.

The hotel offers free parking, which is a huge plus for those driving – it's both convenient and saves money. The entire hotel is well-equipped, and everything from the lobby to the rooms feels very comfortable. What surprised me the most was the gym on the 7th floor – it's completely free, you just swipe your card to get in and work out. The equipment is quite new, making it super easy to exercise whenever you want. This kind of amenity is really rare for a hotel in this price range.

This time I brought my boyfriend on a trip and stayed at this hotel. The lobby was decorated very festively and grandly, probably because of the upcoming National Day. The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic during check-in and even proactively recommended nearby attractions. The room overlooked the lake, and the misty rain added a wonderful ambiance. Overall, it was a perfect and excellent stay.

The location is definitely the biggest advantage! Soundproofing was decent. Breakfast was mediocre, so I skipped it. The air conditioner was really old; the outdoor unit hummed loudly at night, and the indoor unit was noisy too. Some of the underground parking spaces have a very low height limit, only 1.6 meters, so be extra careful when parking, especially when opening the trunk. The underground parking area smelled strongly of urine, which is something I rarely encounter at hotels, so I hope they improve their maintenance. The room we stayed in on the 10th floor only offered a partial view of the river. It was a U-shaped building, and our room was right in the middle, blocked by the wings on both sides. Make sure to clarify with the front desk when booking!

The most satisfying hotel to travel to Yichang! The environment is very good and the bed is very comfortable. Personally feel that this place is better than Lingling, alas, but unfortunately not around Wuhan... The park is planned to be reasonable and compact, and you can also feed animals up close. Don't miss it if you like small animals. The last suggestion is to strengthen the cleanliness of the room ～ The bathroom nozzle has been blocked by dirt.

Well trained and friendly staff made our trip so much more enjoyable. The complementary snacks, coupled with the buffet styled breakfast as well as the almost personalised tour of Sanxia dam already worth many times the price paid by us. I strongly recommend to all who want to visit the 3 gorges dam.

Sparkling clean hotel featuring excellent amenities. Plus, the hotel is located near a creek and the lush green mountain, which offers relaxing environment. Plus, if you do like birding, this is a great birding site in itself. The gym is nearby at discounted price. Chaibuxi Grand Canyon is just 10-20 km away depending on which spot you want to visit. A few local restaurants and convenience stores are just a walk away. Wufeng County is nearby. I'll definitely take my old age parents to stay at this hotel next time I visit Western Hubei.

This hotel is incredibly convenient. It's just a ten-minute walk to Binjiang Park where you can enjoy the river breeze, and it's also close to the CBD for food and snacks. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were patient and enthusiastic; they even proactively packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early in the morning. These little details really made us feel cared for. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Yichang.
