It's really hard not to love living spaces like this, especially the tatami standard room we booked. It perfectly aligns with the aesthetics and needs of today's young people. Once you're in, you just don't want to leave – it's so comfortable it's intoxicating! There's no complicated or superfluous design; the entire tatami room is warm and healing. Whether you're snuggling on the soft cushions or lying flat, it's incredibly relaxing. For us young people, the happiest thing in our free time is comfortably lying on the tatami playing with our phones. No need to adjust to the sofa's angle, no need to worry about posture – just be as lazy as you like. Your whole body is in its most relaxed state, and a day's fatigue instantly disappears. This kind of spontaneous joy is truly amazing! Not only is the living experience top-notch, but the smart features in the room truly impressed me. When delivering, he also gave you a souvenir handmade in the store. The children and elders all enjoyed their stay. We could see the starry sky in our room at night. The children were very surprised and kept asking if they could continue to stay here tomorrow? ! The room is consistent with the picture of the reservation. The special mountain spring water and welcome dinner in the store are very considerate. The breakfast is also 10 kinds of which are very balanced and rich. The welcome dog Wangzai is very cute. He greets and sees off guests, and the overall impression is wonderful. Very good impression. I will stay here again next time I come to Hongcun.

The hotel boasts a modern Chinese-style decor, with simple yet elegant rooms, new and smart facilities, clean and comfortable bedding, and a quiet, well-insulated room for a good night's sleep. The hotel's service and management are excellent, combining standardized management with a warm, home-like feel. It's conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the west gate of Hongcun Village and also close to Lucun Village. We got up around 6 am to go to Hongcun, returned to the hotel at 8:30 am for breakfast (a wide variety of options), rested in our room for a while, and then went to Lucun Village – it was incredibly convenient. Upon departure, the hotel gave us Huangshan sesame seed cakes as a souvenir, which touched us deeply and gave us a great start to our journey!

This was my second stay. Hongcun is a great place to relax on weekends, and Zhang's Mansion is as cozy as ever. I told the manager in advance what I wanted to eat, and we ate right away. The food was all bought by the aunties at the manor that morning—fresh and delicious. The rooms are still in the same style, with a classic, antique charm. During the day, I strolled around the village, and in the evening, I went back to the manor to eat, drink, and sleep, relieving the fatigue of work.

The hosts are warm, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful, making for a cozy and pleasant stay. It's a great escape from the hustle and bustle, very relaxing, and conveniently located for exploring. It's an excellent choice for a leisurely getaway. The owner is super nice and good-looking too! The guesthouse environment rivals that of a five-star hotel – definitely the top choice in Hongcun! The courtyard is also very picturesque.

This location was perfect and right in the scenic area of hongcun. It’s a little difficult to find at first but once you find it it’s easy to come back to if you put it in the maps app. The town is so cute and we were welcomed with little Hand-made bookmarks which was so sweet and a wonderful surprise. The one thing that was off putting and probably a one off is it seemed that there was a large family staying in the Homestay and in the middle of the night there was screaming and doors slamming on and off throughout the night. I’m not sure if this is a regular thing or just happened to be a one night thing but it was a bit frightening. Other than that the location was very quiet when we got there and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay.

Location: Xishu is close to the entrance of the scenic spot, but it is quiet in the mind. It is very quiet to sleep at night without noise! Environment: Hui-style architecture, a lot of lush vegetation, a very unique courtyard, and a good environment! Facilities: The room facilities are quite complete, there is an electronic toilet, a bathtub, and a disposable bathtub bag. It is very clean and tidy. The bed is moderately soft and comfortable, and there is a free costume experience! Service: The boss is very enthusiastic. It happened to rain when we arrived at the parking lot outside the scenic spot on the day of check-in. The boss came to pick us up in the rain and sent special snacks to the hotel. It was delicious! He also took the initiative to help us upgrade to a large room, which was very considerate. It was a very pleasant and comfortable accommodation experience!

Staying in this hotel was a pleasant surprise, because the hotel we booked before did not allow dogs, so we temporarily changed to this newly opened B&B. Our dog had a lot of fun playing in the yard. There are chickens and geese in the backyard. It is said that the eggs we eat for breakfast every day come from here. It's just comfortable, a kind of comfort that can only be felt but not expressed in words. The therapist said that everyone's feelings are different. There is also a glass room studio in the hotel where you can paint. Anyway, it was a very fulfilling stay experience. The most important butler service is very thoughtful, and I would like to commend it here.

Facilities: Our family stayed in three rooms, all with underfloor heating. However, when there were a lot of people, one room's heating was unstable. The housekeeper did his best to help resolve the issue late at night. Cleanliness: The house is a bit old, but the cleaning was good. The kitchen was also quite clean. Environment: Located in the Mukeng Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, the environment is excellent and the air is fresh. Service: The hostess was very welcoming and upgraded us to a family room. The room was excellent. The housekeeper was also very helpful. New drivers should be cautious when entering the hotel, as the roads are narrow enough for one car only.
