4-Star Hotels in Yan'an

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. The front desk service is particularly good, enthusiastic, efficient, and basically responsive. The bedding is very comfortable. The room rate is reasonable, and there is a five-star experience. Parking is free. The restaurant's Anhui cuisine is very authentic, especially the stinky mandarin fish is so delicious~

Facilities: The room was very clean and highly automated. Hygiene: Housekeeping was prompt, and the air quality was good. Environment: There are many dining options nearby, and transportation is convenient. The parking lot is quite spacious. Service: The front desk staff was friendly, and customer service was very patient.

I had a booking and was already checked in. Around midnight, I received a call asking if I was staying at the hotel, which woke me up. Then, past 1 AM, they arranged for new guests to check in right next to my room. This scared my child and me in the middle of the night! The front desk couldn't even explain the situation clearly when I called them. I couldn't get any sleep the entire night!!

This is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Getting to Erdao Street also only takes about ten minutes.

I stayed in the first room on the left after exiting the elevator on the fourth floor. The window was by the stairs. There was a slipper under the bed, which suggests they never clean under there. Upstairs, there must be a KTV because I could hear singing until 1 or 2 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Plus, there was a low-frequency noise, probably from some large equipment room near the unit. Parking was also quite tight, though that might have been due to the May Day holiday; I'm not sure what it's usually like. Now for the good points: The bathroom had a three-way split design (separate toilet, shower, and sink areas), and they provided face towels. The bedding was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. I'd recommend booking a higher floor to avoid the noise.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft that I slept incredibly well. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything tasted great – I left feeling very satisfied. I especially want to commend the shampoo provided by the hotel; after washing, my hair felt smooth and voluminous, with a sophisticated and pleasant scent that lingered for days. I didn't even need to wear perfume when I went out! I wonder if they sell it, because I'd love to buy a set. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The cinema king-size bed room is very good. The layout and comfort of the room are relatively high. Compared with other room types I stayed in before, it is more cost-effective. I recommend staying in this room type. Afternoon tea for two: I especially like afternoon tea. This design is very friendly to business travelers and feels good.

The hotel's location is excellent! Right downstairs is the Erdao Street Night Market! Taxis are super convenient; all the drivers know the Tourism Building Hotel. The room size is pretty good, quite spacious, but the desk and chair weren't a great match, which made eating or doing makeup a bit awkward. Also, it seemed like the sheets weren't changed during my seven-night stay. Everything else was fine though; the front desk staff were great and always ready to help with any issues. Breakfast was just okay, but the restaurant itself is quite large and impressive.

A very unique hotel! We stayed here to experience the local culture by living in a cave dwelling. The front desk staff were also lovely, offering help and thoughtful recommendations. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Yan'an. It's also very close to the Yangjialing Revolutionary Site.

We chance upon this hotel due to chance of travel plan. Excellent and helpful staff. They assisted us in checking in, even upgraded our room. Location of hotel was ideal, next to the main attraction. For the price we paid, it is inclusive of breakfast. Value for money. There’s also a local street market and some local eateries nearby. We had a yummy handmade local noodle for dinner.
