We chose this hotel when driving through Lufeng. I've stayed at several Hilton properties before, and this one felt like the best. Everything from the hotel's appearance, cleanliness, room facilities, to the staff service was almost perfect. Upon check-in, the front desk lady upgraded our room, making our stay experience exceed expectations. The view from the window was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great, with both variety and quality being satisfying. The Shengfu Restaurant on the fifth floor offered good food for lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. This hotel easily ranks among the top three for value for money out of all the places we've stayed in recent years. Highly recommended.

I've repurchased this many times, and the overall experience has always exceeded my expectations. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and it offers incredible value for money. The customer service team is patient and responds quickly, and the shipping is fast. The packaging arrives intact without any damage. It's truly great value for money, and I highly recommend it. The room was beautiful, with a rather festive decor. The cleanliness was also excellent. This newly opened hotel is highly recommended. The receptionists, Xiaoling and Xiaoxuan, were very friendly. The hotel offers great value for money. There's parking available (with charging stations!). The breakfast selection was also quite extensive. At 2 AM, I could hear snoring from the next room on the 8th floor; it was a little noisy.

Overall satisfied, but cleanliness needs improvement. Martin Chen, who helped me check in, was skilled, fast, and incredibly friendly! He was very attentive! When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

I didn't expect that my hometown Haifeng has such a good value for money hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. We didn't enjoy the stove-cooked tea set, but we were given two boxes of milk and snacks. Because we arrived early at noon, the front desk girl was very enthusiastic to upgrade our room, but the room by the road is still quite noisy at night. I hope that next time I go back, they can arrange a quiet room for us. The breakfast is very good, with hometown special snacks such as vegetable buns, millet, etc.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a three-level underground parking garage with charging stations, which is very convenient if you're driving. The breakfast offered a good variety, though the restaurant seating was a bit limited. Kelly Yi at the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded our room, even providing a complimentary breakfast for our child. Thumbs up! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone.

The room is large, clean, and the big bed is comfortable. I have rented this hotel many times. There are many restaurants. I highly recommend it. The 㩗程 app is also highly recommended. It is very convenient and fast. There are many delicious foods in Shanwei and Haifeng. You can go there.

The location is easy to find and parking is convenient. The laundry room equipment is new and convenient to use, and the gym space is suitable. Xiao Cheng at the front desk is attentive and has a full experience.

The host's service is incredibly warm and attentive – they helped with transfers to and from the station, thoughtfully prepared afternoon tea and a late-night sweet soup, and all minibar drinks are complimentary. The community itself is quiet and pleasant, with excellent security. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying the sea breeze. The facilities are comprehensive, with a giant projector screen and all necessary toiletries, ensuring maximum comfort. There were no hidden fees throughout our stay, offering outstanding value for money. This is our top choice for a short getaway and has definitely made it onto our re-booking list. We'll choose this place for our next trip!
