4-Star Hotels in Putian

Facilities: The hotel is very new and incredibly clean. Even though it was fully booked, it never felt crowded, which made me feel very safe as a solo traveler. Service: Huge thanks to the three ladies at the front desk on November 8th around noon! We were there for a music festival, and they thoughtfully prepared some fan support items for us, giving me two – talk about great emotional value! They also knew I needed to freeze a cake and kindly upgraded my room type a bit, which I really appreciated.

Before I stayed at the B&B for the first time, I always worried about hygiene. I said it was a B&B but I personally felt that it exceeded most of the hotels on the island. The breakfast was relatively rich and the rooms were clean and hygienic. The location is excellent, you can watch the sunset on the beach when you go out, and the Feiyudong Scenic Area is opposite, and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. It is convenient to travel. There are buses and Didi. There are pick-ups on the island and off the island.

This hotel was my choice for a business trip, and it was excellent. The decor is very nice, and the service attitude is great. Basically, anything I needed, the front desk was able to help with. The room was spacious and very clean. Plus, having a self-service laundry room was really convenient. For a stay in Hanjiang, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended! Overall, I was satisfied with the room, and the food was a highlight. However, the glass was broken and left there, almost cutting my mouth. I also suggest replacing the hairdryer, as the outer shell was sticky. It really doesn't match the hotel's price and class!

The service was terrible. I had added them on WeChat beforehand, but they didn't even send a basic 'hello.' I had to ask multiple questions to get a single answer. My room wasn't cleaned by 3 PM, so they switched me to a family room, but even that wasn't cleaned properly. The previous guest had dumped tea leaves down the drain, blocking it. I messaged on WeChat for help, but got no response. My room faced the linen room, which was incredibly noisy. I asked an attendant for help, but she said it wasn't her area and would pass it on. After a long wait with no response, I messaged on WeChat again. Much later, an older man came to clean it, not even a cleaning lady. The linen room right opposite my room was so loud; kids were yelling and the attendants were chatting. The soundproofing was awful, and I was woken up by the staff early in the morning. The next day, after switching to a sea-view room, things were much better. The view was absolutely amazing! The soundproofing was still bad, but I could live with it. However, the people upstairs were playing cards and laughing loudly until past 1 AM, and kids were constantly running and yelling in the hallway. The breakfast was really subpar, on par with a small budget hotel. It definitely needs improvement. The attendants were nice though, and even helped me find the last Mazu cake. Definitely book a sea-view room!! The scenery is great!! You can watch the sunrise right from your bed!!

The Hollywood-style king-size bed is located on the sixth floor, with a karaoke room on the fourth floor below. This 360-degree immersive experience of Putian's local music culture will continue until 2 AM, giving you no escape to deeply experience the locals' extremely poor singing skills and taste in songs. The hotel should seriously consider whether to continue selling rooms on this floor, as the negative reviews for this room type are the main reason for the hotel's low rating on Ctrip. In fact, it is not suitable for resale; the karaoke noise will truly ruin everything—everything else is good, including the self-paid hotel breakfast and excellent parking.

Room is big n clean. As my roaming doesn’t work the ladies at the reception gave me a great help.Miss Lee and Miss Lui helped me to googled the information and direct me the place we want to visit. They are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Miss Lee and Miss Lui. Hope to see you again.

The hotel has a great location, convenient parking, good facilities, large rooms, fairly clean sanitation, comfortable lighting, reasonable design, comfortable bathroom, very good shower water, rich breakfast, but the decoration details and the quality of the room furniture need to be improved. There are too many things that need to be charged for in the room. After staying in so many hotels, this is the only one that requires a deposit of 500 per room!

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly; check-in and check-out were both handled efficiently and quickly. They patiently answered all our questions about local dining options, and their recommendations for restaurants were spot-on – the food was fantastic! The complimentary buffet breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, and the quality was excellent. It was incredibly satisfying to start each day with such a rich and delicious meal. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and offered excellent value for money. I would definitely choose Fengdalin Hotel again on my next visit to Putian, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

The hotel is probably renovated from the original one. The parking lot is large and convenient, with special staff to guide you. The facilities in the room are average. Although breakfast has to be eaten on the fifth floor of another building, it is worth praising that the breakfast variety is very rich.
