I suppressed my anger, swiped my card and went back to my room to rest. The hotel also has some notable features. The room service aunt is very attentive. The hotel bed is very large and the family of three can stay comfortably without being crowded. When I complained about these issues when I left the hotel, the assistant manager in the lobby called me to apologize and explain. There are some loopholes in management, but it is recommended to improve them, at least to match your own four-diamond rating.
