Originally, I had no habit of evaluation, but I felt that the hotel here was very gentle to me, because I was a student, the first time I came to travel by myself, there was no parent to accompany me, but after I finished talking to the boss, he was very gentle and served me one-on-one. Anyway, he taught me where I wouldn't. He wouldn't say that he was particularly impatient or something. 😭 The front desk lady here is very cute. When I went, she told me the room number very gently, took me up, and helped me carry my luggage. Oops, I am really shy, a very cute little sister, I really hope to meet her again next time, I have checked the sheets of their homestay, they are all replaced in time (because I have a little cleanliness) and some necessities, such as paper towels, I also want to have a particularly thoughtful service. I will not have a few packs of paper to die or live like my previous hotel. The boss is also very enthusiastic. When I heard that I was a foreigner, I was very enthusiastic to introduce me to the attractions, and then told me the ticket price. Facilities: Very new, with adequate air conditioning, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The Mazu Temple is right behind it. Service: The owner and hostess were very welcoming and tried their best to accommodate our small requests! They provided pick-up and drop-off services, and even recommended car rentals. Our trip to Meizhou Island was truly enjoyable!

We booked a terrace room and balcony room for 6 people, including 2 over 60 years old and 2 over 70 years old. Because we felt good, we decided to stay one more day. The off-season gave us the opportunity to improvise and ”customize” :P The B&B has a good location, close to the beach, the central district, the Mazu Ancestral Temple, and the Tianfei Hometown. The public areas, rooms, and supplies in the rooms are clean and tidy. You can drink tea in the public area and enjoy the scenery on the terrace. The boss's family is kind, enthusiastic and thoughtful. We chartered an additional sightseeing bus for the boss, which made it convenient and less tiring for the elderly to travel. The boss and his wife prepared breakfast for us, and considering the elderly's physical condition, they also helped us recommend restaurants, introduce scenic spots, rent small electric motorcycles, etc. Since we wanted to cook our own meals, the boss took us to the vegetable market. We borrowed the kitchen and cooked delicious seafood. Afterwards, we washed the dishes and cleaned up the kitchen. We felt as comfortable as at home. Very satisfied with the homestay, recommended!

Healed the whole journey by the warmth of this homestay. The moment I stayed in this homestay, I was moved by the boss's heart. From patiently answering the itinerary questions when booking, to smiling and handing over local special Mazu cakes when I checked in, every detail was hidden in sincerity. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft like clouds, and even the toiletries were carefully selected and niche fragrances. The most surprising thing is the surrounding guide provided by the boss, where is the locals hidden?

I have never been too lazy to comment, but this time I was moved by the proprietress of this homestay on Weizhou Island! The pier made a special trip to arrange the boat to wait for the pick-up and drop-off. Her sincerity and kindness are just a beautiful picture of the simplicity and warmth in Mazu culture. The location of the homestay is excellent, the room is clean and tidy, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast is comfortable; the two children of the proprietress are also very well-behaved and sensible, and take the initiative to help us do things, and they are warm everywhere. Really recommend, I really feel the kindness and beauty of the island here 🙏

My stay at Best Wishes was absolutely wonderful—it’s hands down the cleanest hotel I’ve visited in China! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The attention to cleanliness was exceptional, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The views from the hotel were breathtaking— But what truly made my experience special was the staff. They were incredibly hands-on, friendly, and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Meizhou. Most importantly, I haven’t slept this well in a long time! This stay was fantastic! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free; the bedding was soft and comfortable; and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept soundly. The staff were friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, offering excellent value for money, and I even got an upgrade to a different room type.

I had the best time at this homestay in Meizhou Island. The family that runs it is the kindest and most helpful person and makes me feel welcome as a foreigner. I washed my clothes for free, and on the day I left, they personally picked me up at another location and drove me to the dock at the last minute. The location of the homestay is also very strategic, close to the beach, great fresh fruit and vegetable markets, local specialties and bus stops on all the main routes on the island. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will definitely return if I have the chance.

The room had a foul odor from the drainpipes, and the telephone was from the 1990s and incompatible. There was also loud karaoke noise at night. Hopefully, things will improve in the future!

very good! The boss was very nice and enthusiastic. He even came to pick us up when we couldn't find the apartment. Since we didn't know the time and route of where we wanted to go, the boss was very patient and helped us check. The room was well-equipped and the sanitation was very good. It was cost-effective.
