4-Star Hotels in Pingtung

This stay at the guesthouse in Kenting was extremely satisfying. The location was convenient, close to the beach and night market, with excellent amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, with unique decor full of southern charm. The guesthouse owner was friendly and welcoming, providing local travel advice to make the trip smoother. The breakfast was plentiful and thoughtfully prepared, showing great care and hospitality. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I recommend it to travelers looking for a relaxing vacation in Kenting.

The hotel is not bad, the location is good, it is more convenient to find the door. Overall, the environment is not bad. It is not like a hotel. There is a front desk. It is a person who gives the key and then takes you in. The hotel service is also better. Real experience

During the New Year holidays, Kenting is very cost-effective. The breakfast is beyond expectations, and ice cream is available, which is a benefit that star-rated hotels do not have. The lobby design is bright. The only shortcoming is that the waiter service is too rigid, and there is obviously a set of prescribed responses. However, the female employee who served during check-in was very professional and enthusiastic, which other employees should follow.

There seemed to be a shortage of staff. Perhaps due to the Spring Festival, many guests were migrant workers or students from other places, resulting in mediocre service. The hotel facilities looked quite nice from the outside, but it was vastly different from the North branch. The restaurant was small, and the accommodations were cramped. The location was excellent, right next to a major intersection, but the parking spaces were barely big enough for one car. Everything else was fine, but unfortunately, the traffic cones used for maintaining order at the entrance were almost always crushed by road hogs. I enjoy eating, though I'm not picky, but I didn't particularly like anything. The Chinese cuisine needed to be more diverse, but it wasn't as good as I expected.

This time I stayed in a sea view room. It was great to have an unbeatable sea view in the room. The hotel staff was also very friendly to the children. They called in advance to ask for a bed guard, bathtub, and sterilizer, and they also helped to reserve and prepare them in advance. I would like to stay here again next time I come to Kenting. It's a pity that it is a little far from Kenting Street and the city.

I was canceled because I didn’t see the email and I almost missed the boutique B&B. Fortunately, I booked it again in time. It has its own independent swimming pool and unicorn, as well as skylights to see the stars. The upper and lower floors have a lot of space and the owner is very nice. Oh, breakfast at a coffee shop not far away

Pros: Good soundproofing in the room, underground parking lot, large bathroom Disadvantages: We were given the first room, but the bed was not used yet. When we went into the room to wash our hands, we found that the sink was blocked and the water was slow to drain. After we reported it to the front desk, the housekeeping said that they had to dismantle the sink for cleaning. We requested to change rooms because we had other plans to go on, but they communicated twice before they were willing to change. After we moved to a new room, the sink was fine, but the TV remote control didn't work, so we asked the front desk to check it and found out that the battery was dead. By the time it was fixed, our trip was delayed! The air conditioner is very cold, but after the temperature is raised to the set temperature, a stuffy and sour smell will come out when the air conditioner starts to supply air. The air conditioner temperature must be lowered to eliminate the smell! It is recommended to clean the air conditioner frequently. In addition, there was a very loud sound of a machine running in the room. I originally thought it was the bathroom exhaust fan, but finally found out that it was the sound of a small refrigerator running (the scale in the refrigerator was in the middle and had not been adjusted yet). The volume was so loud that it was a bit disturbing.

The power is an issue. We had a power outage and the AC didn’t work. Breakfast is amazing. The pool is very cold. Top floor lounge has amazing views. There’s free parking and covered.

Very good location, the room is also very big. I stay here about three or four times a year. Summer vacation has come. I will stay here for one night before summer vacation. After summer vacation, I will plan to stay here again. Watching the sea and blowing the wind is a great pleasure in the world. The only drawback is that the breakfast is no longer available. I miss its Chinese and Western breakfast, but it does not affect our mood and environment. Thank you

Mosquito prevention measures should be thorough, and the staff's service attitude is excellent; they proactively offer assistance and treat everyone politely. The air conditioning could be improved; the overall environment is comfortable, and I look forward to a renovation.
