The price is a bit high for the location. There aren't many food options nearby, but the room itself is quiet.

The staff were very nice, but someone was smoking, which made the room smell terrible. Even though it was a no-smoking zone, someone still smoked there. I complained to the front desk, and although I was going to change rooms, the new room also smelled terrible, so I had to stay and spray deodorizer instead.

The room and room met my expectations: clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces in the underground garage. Dining options nearby are limited; you need a car. Otherwise, there's a 7-Eleven a 5-minute walk away that only closes at 8 PM. The children's play area on the second floor wasn't working when I stayed two years ago, and it still isn't. I don't know if that's a shame or just annoying 😠 I stayed during the Labor Day holiday. Ideally, a long weekend should allow for sleeping in and planning a family trip, but we encountered a power outage. A power outage shouldn't be sudden. The hotel should have proactively informed us during booking, instead of just mentioning it casually upon check-in. This is a huge letdown.

Pros: Good soundproofing in the room, underground parking lot, large bathroom Disadvantages: We were given the first room, but the bed was not used yet. When we went into the room to wash our hands, we found that the sink was blocked and the water was slow to drain. After we reported it to the front desk, the housekeeping said that they had to dismantle the sink for cleaning. We requested to change rooms because we had other plans to go on, but they communicated twice before they were willing to change. After we moved to a new room, the sink was fine, but the TV remote control didn't work, so we asked the front desk to check it and found out that the battery was dead. By the time it was fixed, our trip was delayed! The air conditioner is very cold, but after the temperature is raised to the set temperature, a stuffy and sour smell will come out when the air conditioner starts to supply air. The air conditioner temperature must be lowered to eliminate the smell! It is recommended to clean the air conditioner frequently. In addition, there was a very loud sound of a machine running in the room. I originally thought it was the bathroom exhaust fan, but finally found out that it was the sound of a small refrigerator running (the scale in the refrigerator was in the middle and had not been adjusted yet). The volume was so loud that it was a bit disturbing.

The room is actually very clean ~ the route is very clear, the conference room is great 🎉, the restaurant dinner 🥣 is delicious, and the breakfast is not bad either! The only downside is that it's not very convenient to buy things nearby!
