the owners were pretty chill and helpful as they recommend places and drove us to and from the XiaoWan bus stop, the room is huge and has a smart TV and apparently a small balcony even if the room's on the 1st floor. the location of the hotel is pretty far from Hengchun and sometimes the bus time schedule gets unpredictable, the nearest 7 eleven is less than a 8 minute walk away. the closest beach was Small beach that i didnt get to visit but being near the coast was very beautiful. you could have a run in the sunrise, its lovely Kenting was actually breezy rather than hot in April

Booked a sea-view quad room for three adults and one child. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and bright. All the staff, including the cleaning ladies, were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven and various restaurants right next door, and Nanwan Beach is just across the street – perfect for kids to play in the sand and burn off energy. Overall, we had a very satisfying experience and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

Hotel Review (Accessibility & Safety Concerns): The location of this hotel is very convenient — it is close to the beach and within walking distance to the night market, which is definitely a plus. However, overall my stay was not very comfortable. Inside the room, the floor is not completely even. While it may not seem like a big issue at first, it could easily become a tripping hazard, especially for older guests or anyone not paying close attention. The bathroom is also not separated into dry and wet areas, which makes it more slippery and less convenient to use. Another important point is that the hotel does not have an elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs can be quite inconvenient, particularly for elderly guests or those with heavy bags. Although the interior design may look quite stylish or luxurious at first glance, in reality it feels impractical and raises safety concerns. There are other small details as well, but I will not go into them here. I understand that different properties have their own limitations, and I am sharing this from a personal perspective. I hope this information can be helpful for future travelers when making their decision.

The lady boss was very welcoming and waited for us even though we arrived late. It happened to be a typhoon when we were going there, but we couldn't get a refund on the website, so we had to ask the lady boss, and luckily she was willing to let us change the time. Thank you very much. The location is good. Just walk forward and you will see Nanwan Beach across the street. After getting up early in the morning and having breakfast at the B&B, you can go for a walk on the beach and then go back to the B&B to collect your things and check out. The time is just right~

Five stars, no doubt! I took a bus to Kenting alone at night, and because I wasn't familiar with the route, I got off a few kilometers early and couldn't find a taxi. I called the host, and she was incredibly thoughtful, driving to pick me up and take me to the hotel – she was a lifesaver! The place is spotless; even during the plum rain season when there were lots of bugs flying outside, I didn't find a single one inside. The bathtub is huge, perfect for a relaxing soak. The tatami mat was cozy and ideal for lounging alone. The two best nights of sleep I had my entire trip were here. It was also very quiet at night. On the morning I was leaving, I went to check out the beach before heading to catch my bus, and when I came back, my clothes were soaking wet. I was actually going to leave them as they were, thinking they'd dry in half a day, and I had already checked out. But the cleaning lady was super concerned and insisted I change clothes before leaving, even offering a shower if I was cold, stressing that I absolutely couldn't catch a cold. After I changed, she gave me a plastic bag for my wet clothes. I was genuinely moved to tears. Then, fearing I'd get rained on walking to the station, she gave me an umbrella and put a plastic bag over my backpack. I will definitely book this place again when the weather is good, even if it's just to see the host and the cleaning lady again. I hope the host and the cleaning lady have smooth sailing in life and that their business continues to thrive!

If your focus is purely to spend most of your time at the Nanwan Beach, Cat at Greece will be your choiced accommodation. As we were met with an off=peak situation, my family was the only ones staying at this hotel. We had trouble checking in as there were no one at the front desk to receive us as the property were not manned but monitored remotely. We took a while to get in touch with the hotel caretaker and that was done with the help of a 7-eleven convenience store staff reaching out to her. Amongst the properties we have stayed, Cat@Greece was the least proactive in ensuring we settled in safely. In my opinion, this hotel is suitable for stay only during summer and you must self-drive to have the convenience to explore the visitors' attractions.

It's only a 1-minute walk to the night market, and there's a convenience store right outside – fantastic! The bus stop is also very close. The accommodation has a forest theme. The hallway leading to the rooms is too dark, and there's a strange odor in the air. I suggest adding an air freshener in that area. There's a resident cat manager! The ground floor lobby is incredibly hot. Check-in is from 3 PM to 6 AM the next day, and check-out is before 11 AM. There are no hooks in the downstairs restroom, which is inconvenient. No water dispenser upstairs, also inconvenient. The staff helped carry my luggage to the room – excellent! The hangers in the drying area were full of rust – gross! The upstairs fridge is too small. My experience in the female dorm 8 lower bunk - single bed (Horse Stall): The mattress was a bit thin. The room's bathroom isn't separated for wet/dry areas. The locker in the room has no bottom, so items placed inside touch the floor directly. There are too few hooks by the bed, and no small table or shelf to put things on. At night, I occasionally heard car engine noises from outside.

Very nice place to stay. It seems newly built or renovated and it was very clean. We had a great room with a balcony. Staff is super friendly and really went the extra mile to help us, despite a slight language barrier (they were able to communicate all relevant information in English to us). There was free coffee, tea, and snacks available (including snacks from the island). You may choose between a pre-made breakfast at the hotel or vouchers for a breakfast at a take away place that’s a five-minute scooter drive away. We choose the latter - it’s a nice local experience, a bit of a challenge for non-Chinese speakers such as ourselves, so if you don’t want to figure it out, the pre-made breakfast might be a better option. You can also rent an e-scooter here, which is nice but do keep in mind that it’s silent - so other people in traffic may not hear you. We had no problems but I noticed some people crossing that seemed to have no idea we were passing. A plus is that you can change the battery for free at several points on the island.

On the way to Kenting, I thought I'd see some really high-end hotels. I'd heard they didn't offer online booking before, but now they do, which is great for families with kids. I thought weekdays were fine, but because of traffic, I booked online. Comparing prices, $3009 for two people on weekdays was acceptable, that's typical for domestic travel. I probably wouldn't book on weekends. The room was okay, a bit dated. What surprised me was the price in Kenting – less than 1000 RMB on weekdays, but $3330 on weekends! It made me want to swear. The only downside was the lack of indoor slippers. The maintenance was okay, though. I often pass by, but I've never dared to stay because the price is outrageous. The room should have at least four pillows. I think they should keep the indoor slippers; they're not disposable, it makes a difference to the guests' experience. There are many other reviews, so I'll just list them all and see what I think! I didn't have breakfast, got up early to head back!

I've stayed at Seawall before, and I remember the air conditioning in the room being very quiet, not affecting my sleep quality at all. This time I stayed in a street-view room with a small balcony, and the AC was still very quiet. It's really important to get good rest when you're traveling. From the hotel entrance, you can see the Dawan seascape and the sunset, and Kenting Street is right behind the hotel. For us, who prioritize relaxation, it's a very suitable and convenient location. Seawall provides breakfast vouchers for a restaurant on the first floor of another building. It's quite simple, but it has everything you need, and I personally thought it was good.
