Upon noticing our luggage, the concierge immediately offered assistance with a smile. Every time we met the staff, they proactively greeted us, making us feel right at home. Amazing Room: The Deluxe King Room we booked was even better than we expected! The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a modern and elegant style, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; it felt like being enveloped in a cloud, allowing for a dreamless night's sleep. The shower had just the right water pressure and temperature, washing away a day's fatigue. Facilities and Dining: The hotel's breakfast was extensive, combining a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious. The well-maintained gym and swimming pool also added a healthy touch to our trip. This stay was absolutely worth the money and I have highly recommended it to my friends

The price/performance ratio is very high. In this urban environment, during the peak tourist season in summer, the price is very affordable. The hotel room we arrived in the morning did not have a room yet. The little girl at the front desk upgraded the room for us for free. She was very humanistic and allowed us to have a room. The hotel should be the best hotel in the city, the hotel level, and the heated swimming pool, the hardware is simply nothing to say. But there was an episode, the 1.8 bed room was booked and a standard room was given. After the feedback, it was immediately changed and a gift was sent very intimately. I liked this service. In addition, the bathroom and toilet door in the picture are installed in reverse, and this low-level error is puzzled and forgotten to correct it.

Yesterday's stay at the new C-building of the Kuqa Hotel was a delightful surprise! The modern minimalist style, warm colors paired with wood elements, created a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly, the bathroom was clean and upscale, and there was plenty of hot water. Attention to detail was evident; a kettle and tea bags were provided, and the large window offered a wide view and excellent natural light. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a super comfortable overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuqa! Well, words fail me, just look at the pictures! I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating. I had accidentally booked the wrong room type, and they not only switched us to a double room but also provided a complimentary upgrade! The room was spacious, bright, and fully equipped.
