Booked room type 270. This hotel is superb in every aspect: facilities, hygiene, environment, and service. When traveling with children, the biggest concern is inconvenience, but this place offers a one-stop solution. Downstairs in the courtyard, kids can play in the water, and there's even a heated pool area for babies. Just cross the road outside the hotel lobby, and you're at the beach. This particular stretch of beach is less crowded than Golden Coast, which I personally prefer for its slow-paced vibe. If you like more hustle and bustle, you could check out the coastal market.

I stayed here for five nights during the Spring Festival and never got tired of it. The cat in the loft room is very happy and jumps up and down. When we first checked in, we could still smell something like 🐶 as soon as we entered the room and on the pet mat on the second floor (because we have a dog at home, but we didn't bring it out this time), but it didn't affect us much. Later, it either dissipated or we got used to it. The door of the room leads directly to the outdoors, so it is a bit cold when you open the door in winter. Also, it is easy to dirty the floor once you enter the room, and small animals are running around in the house, so you have to pay more attention, change your shoes quickly, and wipe them clean. The cleaning lady provides sufficient supplies every day, which is a very good feeling. It saves the trouble of calling and having them delivered if something is missing, and the place is also kept very clean. It might be too cold a few days before the Spring Festival. It was very cold at night on the first floor of tatami. The warm air from the air conditioner could not reach there, and there was no floor heating there, so people could not sleep there. After a few days the temperature came up and everything was fine. I don’t know if they can install floor heating or other heating measures there in the future. I will stay there again and hope it gets better.

During the Comedy Festival, rooms were scarce, but I managed to snag a loft room. The layout was well-designed, the mattress super soft, and there was a large tea table, plus complimentary espresso. Even better was the hotel's service – every guest gets a dedicated butler, which was incredibly thoughtful! I highly recommend Ins; I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Hopefully, I can book an east-facing room to enjoy the unbeatable sea view!

My love for Rushihai has grown even stronger. Before my trip, I called and got in touch, and they meticulously arranged everything from location and vehicle information to activity registration, room selection, and other check-in procedures. After checking in, they thoughtfully arranged breakfast and staff registration. At check-out, they even helped with the payment process. The whole experience was incredibly detailed and attentive, with quick responses and extremely proper arrangements for everything. The park facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's lawn everywhere you look. The beach and sea are spotless, and each visit brings new artistic sculptures, making it perfect for photos. It's very pet-friendly, with a well-designed pet park area and well-maintained facilities. I can't wait to come back to Rushihai soon!

When checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

I chose this hotel last minute, and when I walked into the room, I was genuinely amazed! It had such a great vibe, perfect for couples. They even provided a welcome fruit platter. The service was impeccable; their proactive approach was outstanding. Usually, when I stay at hotels, I always hope the neighbors aren't too loud, but this time, I didn't have to worry at all! The soundproofing was incredibly good – I couldn't even hear footsteps in the hallway and slept soundly until morning. When I checked in, the front desk attendant proactively offered earplugs and an eye mask, which was absolutely perfect for someone like me who loves to sleep in. The facilities were also excellent, with a coffee machine, mini-fridge, and a safe. The breakfast was great too, with a wide variety and delicious food. The hotel's location is also very good, close to nearby attractions and very convenient. They even have a laundry room, which is super handy. Anaya is right across the street, just a few minutes' walk away. When checking out, a staff member helped me with my luggage and carried it to my car – so thoughtful! I'll definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!
