Stayed in Building 2, high-rise. Much cleaner than the hotels at Arcadia. Just a short walk downstairs is a super busy commercial area with several popular网红 (Wanghong/internet-famous) stores. The Life Market supermarket is also there, making shopping very convenient. It's livelier than the dog kennel area but not noisy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

I stayed in a hotel the day before, and wanted to experience the B&B in Aranya the next day. However, since it was a last-minute decision, the rooms were tight and there were not many choices. However, I unexpectedly booked a B&B with a very high cost-effectiveness. I brought my parents here, and four adults stayed in two large beds. It was really a good deal! Navigate to the West Gate 2 of Aranya and turn left to see the First B&B Center. Check-in is done here and then a one-to-one housekeeper will lead you to the room. It is really considerate~ The housekeeper will contact and report the license plate number in advance, so the car can drive in. The housekeeper is online 24 hours a day and can find someone at any time. Call him directly if you have any questions. It is very considerate~ The B&B is located on the seaside of Phase 6, very close to the sea, the canteen and the check-in point. The location is very convenient. The house is in the original wood wabi-sabi style with two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom, and a balcony with a view. It is fully equipped with refrigerator/washing machine/TV. The cost-effectiveness is really high! The kitchen can be used for simple cooking, and there is also a capsule coffee machine. The landlord also gave a thoughtful gift upon check-in, and you can store your luggage after check-out to visit the park. Compared with the standardized services of hotels, homestays are not only more cost-effective, but also can bring a sense of warmth of a temporary home. I will definitely book this one when I come for the summer!

23年來阿那亞住在這裏就感覺很好，這次和兩閨蜜領着孩子我們三家六口人又一起選擇住在這裏了！首先房間很乾凈，住着非常舒適。房間格局設計的很合理，家用電器及日常用品一應俱全，和家裡一樣，能洗衣服兩個陽台都可以晾曬，能做簡單的飯菜煮粥煮雞蛋麪條什麼的，我們的早餐都完美的解決了，陽台可以望海，正好看到教堂，風景超美，小區樓下有泳池孩子玩的很開心，下樓就是社區的中心區域。園區巴士線路在這裏彙集，去哪都方便，離海邊步行六七分鐘的距離，每次都有呆不夠的感覺！房東人很熱情，因為是第二次入住還給我們買了水果禮盒，真的感覺有種家的温暖！以後每次來都會選擇住這裏，真心評價，我們的實拍視頻！強烈推薦！

The kitchen is well-equipped, and the host has great taste. They even prepared a small gift for us. Most importantly, the location is fantastic. There's a free shuttle bus to the park right downstairs, along with a supermarket, clothing stores, and children's shops. It's opposite the Sand Dune Art Museum, making it very convenient for getting around.

The service was shockingly bad and didn't meet Aranya's usual standards. The water heater was broken on the first day, and nobody bothered to check it beforehand. When they came to fix it on the second day, I asked the engineer to wait downstairs for a bit as my wife and child were sleeping, but he completely ignored me and went straight up to repair it, disturbing my family's rest. Later, we were even charged extra for face towels and toiletries, with no offer of compensation. Speechless, really.
