"This homestay is really a great value experience, cost-effective! The facilities in the house are all available and life is super convenient. There are also a lot of food around, and Sichuan-Yuexiang specialty snacks are worth a try. Butler service is superb, and you can reply in time if you have any needs. FFanzhancuifoThe living room has a TV and sofa, the kitchen has a stove, range hood, refrigerator, pots and pans, and the bathroom has a washing machine and all the necessary items. There are even toys for the children. The balcony has a convenient area for smoking. The room was super clean, and the sheets and blankets were spotless. The room was also exquisitely decorated. The room manager was excellent and incredibly attentive. I would definitely choose this guesthouse again when I come to Anaya because of the wonderful experience. The street view is also beautiful, and the Fifth Canteen is right downstairs, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the beach; you can walk to most of the famous attractions within a 5-10 minute walk. The host even thoughtfully provided fruit. Highly recommend this place! 👍

GGuest User特別滿意的一次行程！一個評論有點長，要從兩個方面説起🤭
首先，原本我們的出遊計劃並沒有鎖定阿那亞，第一段行程是去的漁田七裏海，在玩了一天後因為那邊煙花臨時取消了，我們就想在阿爾卡迪亞發發呆就好了，萬萬沒想到當時我們當時定的酒店因為沒房取消了，攜程3分鐘不到就打來電話説幫我協調換房，最後幫我訂到了這裏，算是第一個驚喜！
接着，我們成功入住後，真的沒有讓我失望！民宿和業主以及管家都第一時間聯繫到我，幫我做好了車輛登記，並且除了酒店應有的配套以外，業主還額外提供了一箱水和一箱葡萄，在我進門的一瞬間情緒價值已經拉滿了！
房間整理的很乾凈，在海邊的民宿，可以做到沒有沙子已經很滿意了，還能這麼乾淨真的很不錯，生活設施上準備的也很齊全，業主提供的水果我還擔心沒有器具洗，結果拉開櫥櫃，嶄新的餐具一應俱全，甚至儲物間還準備了孩子們可以在水邊玩的玩具水槍浮板等～因為是帶孩子來的，特別驚喜的是，次卧和客廳都準備了孩子的玩具，所以在我收拾東西的時候孩子一點沒鬧，自己玩兒的特別好也沒有喊累，電視也有vip很多電影都能看，洗漱用品也是品牌的，用着很放心，我都沒有開自己的箱子拿出來用，很良心～
位置：個人感覺如果不是非要去南岸的網紅打卡點，九期的環境真的更好，人少，代步班車更多更快，孩子玩兒的地方也比較多且方便，我們坐穿梭巴士去南岸轉了一圈，孩子更喜歡在北岸玩兒大人也不累～
總體感覺都很滿分，下次來還會選這裏～

MM252377****Stayed in Building 2, high-rise. Much cleaner than the hotels at Arcadia. Just a short walk downstairs is a super busy commercial area with several popular网红 (Wanghong/internet-famous) stores. The Life Market supermarket is also there, making shopping very convenient. It's livelier than the dog kennel area but not noisy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest User23年來阿那亞住在這裏就感覺很好，這次和兩閨蜜領着孩子我們三家六口人又一起選擇住在這裏了！首先房間很乾凈，住着非常舒適。房間格局設計的很合理，家用電器及日常用品一應俱全，和家裡一樣，能洗衣服兩個陽台都可以晾曬，能做簡單的飯菜煮粥煮雞蛋麪條什麼的，我們的早餐都完美的解決了，陽台可以望海，正好看到教堂，風景超美，小區樓下有泳池孩子玩的很開心，下樓就是社區的中心區域。園區巴士線路在這裏彙集，去哪都方便，離海邊步行六七分鐘的距離，每次都有呆不夠的感覺！房東人很熱情，因為是第二次入住還給我們買了水果禮盒，真的感覺有種家的温暖！以後每次來都會選擇住這裏，真心評價，我們的實拍視頻！強烈推薦！

GGuest UserIKEA Anaya really exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, walking distance to the Anaya Auditorium, the Lonely Library, and the beach is super convenient. The room is simple IKEA style, the whole house IKEA furniture texture is online, clean and bright, and the giant screen viewing experience is superb. Full hygiene, soft bedding, separate bathroom dry and wet, and intimate details. The landlord is enthusiastic in service, the response is super fast, and the whole stay is worry-free. The price is full, the first choice for friends/family travel, next time you come to Anaya, you will still live here!

We upgraded three rooms for free. The room was a new community, very clean, and there were disposable toilet pads. Disposable face towels and bath towels, the location is not far from Anaya. GGuest UserI usually skip breakfast when I travel, but the breakfast at this restaurant still surprised me. This is the last day of my trip. I walked west from Shanhaiguan to the Gold Coast. I stayed here and it was the best night I slept in the three or four days I was away. The bed was big and the bedding was comfortable. The key is that the curtains were thick. I didn't know it was dawn and I almost overslept. Maybe it's not the peak tourist season now, so there are not many people. The yard is big and quiet, with new Chinese style decoration, flowers and grass outside the window and a river, which suits the temperament of young people like us. Not bad, not bad

The key is very cheap! 88 polybaoyu, cheaper than our vegetable market!
