GGuest UserI initially thought the service level of guesthouses in Anaya would be quite high, but this one was really just average.
After placing the order, the receptionist added me on WeChat and started pushing different rooms. We booked one, and they told us it was far from the beach, but we could pay extra to get a closer one…😪
First of all, it seems like this guesthouse is also a staff dormitory, besides providing accommodation for guests? There were clothes in the wardrobe, the wardrobe was locked, and there was a sign saying ”Personal belongings not allowed.” It felt really strange. Even if it's a guesthouse, it sells the right to use the property for a single day or several days; what's the point of leaving personal belongings there… More importantly, the overall experience felt a bit awkward.
There were no spare blankets in the room. When we asked the manager, they said, ”We don't have any either…”🤣
There were only two bottles of mineral water in the room, and when we asked for more, the manager charged 2.5 yuan per bottle… I stayed in a room that cost nearly 1000 yuan a night, and they charged extra for mineral water…

GGuest User特別滿意的一次行程！一個評論有點長，要從兩個方面説起🤭
首先，原本我們的出遊計劃並沒有鎖定阿那亞，第一段行程是去的漁田七裏海，在玩了一天後因為那邊煙花臨時取消了，我們就想在阿爾卡迪亞發發呆就好了，萬萬沒想到當時我們當時定的酒店因為沒房取消了，攜程3分鐘不到就打來電話説幫我協調換房，最後幫我訂到了這裏，算是第一個驚喜！
接着，我們成功入住後，真的沒有讓我失望！民宿和業主以及管家都第一時間聯繫到我，幫我做好了車輛登記，並且除了酒店應有的配套以外，業主還額外提供了一箱水和一箱葡萄，在我進門的一瞬間情緒價值已經拉滿了！
房間整理的很乾凈，在海邊的民宿，可以做到沒有沙子已經很滿意了，還能這麼乾淨真的很不錯，生活設施上準備的也很齊全，業主提供的水果我還擔心沒有器具洗，結果拉開櫥櫃，嶄新的餐具一應俱全，甚至儲物間還準備了孩子們可以在水邊玩的玩具水槍浮板等～因為是帶孩子來的，特別驚喜的是，次卧和客廳都準備了孩子的玩具，所以在我收拾東西的時候孩子一點沒鬧，自己玩兒的特別好也沒有喊累，電視也有vip很多電影都能看，洗漱用品也是品牌的，用着很放心，我都沒有開自己的箱子拿出來用，很良心～
位置：個人感覺如果不是非要去南岸的網紅打卡點，九期的環境真的更好，人少，代步班車更多更快，孩子玩兒的地方也比較多且方便，我們坐穿梭巴士去南岸轉了一圈，孩子更喜歡在北岸玩兒大人也不累～
總體感覺都很滿分，下次來還會選這裏～

The customer service agent went out of their way to help us pick a room in Building 6, which was right by the sea. We literally stepped out and were at the beach! Plus, there's a lively creative market street downstairs. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. It was a truly pleasant trip.

FFanzhancuifoThe living room has a TV and sofa, the kitchen has a stove, range hood, refrigerator, pots and pans, and the bathroom has a washing machine and all the necessary items. There are even toys for the children. The balcony has a convenient area for smoking. The room was super clean, and the sheets and blankets were spotless. The room was also exquisitely decorated. The room manager was excellent and incredibly attentive. I would definitely choose this guesthouse again when I come to Anaya because of the wonderful experience. The street view is also beautiful, and the Fifth Canteen is right downstairs, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the beach; you can walk to most of the famous attractions within a 5-10 minute walk. The host even thoughtfully provided fruit. Highly recommend this place! 👍

GGuest User23年來阿那亞住在這裏就感覺很好，這次和兩閨蜜領着孩子我們三家六口人又一起選擇住在這裏了！首先房間很乾凈，住着非常舒適。房間格局設計的很合理，家用電器及日常用品一應俱全，和家裡一樣，能洗衣服兩個陽台都可以晾曬，能做簡單的飯菜煮粥煮雞蛋麪條什麼的，我們的早餐都完美的解決了，陽台可以望海，正好看到教堂，風景超美，小區樓下有泳池孩子玩的很開心，下樓就是社區的中心區域。園區巴士線路在這裏彙集，去哪都方便，離海邊步行六七分鐘的距離，每次都有呆不夠的感覺！房東人很熱情，因為是第二次入住還給我們買了水果禮盒，真的感覺有種家的温暖！以後每次來都會選擇住這裏，真心評價，我們的實拍視頻！強烈推薦！

Although there is no lively South District, the park has all the dining, entertainment and shopping facilities. The most important thing is that you don't have to queue for a long time to eat. And our location is very close to the shuttle bus stop in the North and South Park, it is very convenient to go to the South District. The rooms in the B&B are very good in terms of hygiene and facilities. It is no different from the hotel. All rooms have no smell. The floor heating is turned on in advance to ensure that the room is warm enough when we stay.
The point is that the communication experience with the landlord is really good! At the beginning, I was consulting the room situation and the location in the park. The landlord has been very patient to answer my questions, because we are three families traveling together, there are many questions, it is very scattered and the time to ask questions is very random, and the landlord takes the trouble to answer them one by one. On the day of check-in, I also received a fruit gift box prepared by the landlord for the governor, as well as a snack gift for the children...
During this period, we even took the initiative to pay for some problems to help us solve.
Finally, share some of my experience: traveling, especially with elders and children, the good or bad of living must be very important, and more importantly, there is a reliable good landlord! This is like having a reliable friend in another country!

GGuest UserThe two-and-a-half-day trip made me fall in love with this small fishing port. We just stayed in Arcadia for two days and it was more suitable than returning to nature. We checked in early in the morning and asked the proprietress to help buy the ticket to the fishing island hot spring the next day (it is indeed cheaper than other places to buy) and then rushed to the sea at the door. There are few people in this sea and the sand is very fine. It is connected to the beach of the fishing island and Ayana, and the sea slope is very slow. Very suitable for children to play, go to the water is just past the adult knee. On the beach, we set up a tent. There were many small fish in the water. Remember to bring a net. The fish I took in the farmyard at night dropped a few small fish. The next day I went to the Yudao Hot Spring, I must buy indoor tickets, and there is a small train, you can change clothes and drink water. There are too many people on the beach of the fishing island, and the beach at the door of the proprietress is good. We went to the sea early on the third day, and the whole family was very happy to play. Living here is very good, the proprietress is responsive, and there is a humorous chef. The cooking is very delicious, what to do, and I also accompany my children fishing for jellyfish. The fish fillets bought at her house are cheaper than our online purchases. Before leaving, I also helped us change the harvest of the sea to bring back to Tianjin. This time I really don't want to go home. The whole family has not had enough fun.
