Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet. Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay. Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

The overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

Upon arriving at the hotel, the room was clean and tidy, with the air conditioning already turned on. Best of all, there was a fireplace and a hot spring bath. There was a mahjong table and tatami mats, making it perfect for a family trip. Breakfast was served at the front desk; simple and homey, but the view made it very satisfying.

作為鎮上唯一像樣的酒店，新開業的環境特別好。 但裝修還未完成，地下車庫還未開啟，地面有部分停車線，但沒人管理，停車混亂，沒車位了衹能停在道路兩邊。前台就一名員工，很多事情需要處理，不能及時接待前來的顧客。兩部電梯，運行速度特別緩慢。房間內有輕微煙味（也可能是因為裝修引起的煙味），開空調通風后有股異味兒，洗漱過後進到房間能聞到特別明顯的裝修味道。淋浴間和房間內有一個玻璃，雖然貼了薄膜，但非常明顯能看到對方，很是尷尬。沒有晾衣繩。淋浴間地面斜坡有點大，下水特別不好。電視看不了，網特別慢，衹能投屏。早餐非常的中餐，一片麪包都沒有，國際酒店竟然能沒有。種類特別少。餐廳有一些工作人員，工作服務都挺積極，但未着工服，來收拾桌子還以為是其他顧客來搶的。
