4-Star Hotels in Benxi

Traveling with four 80-year-olds, I never expected such a wonderful stay. The hotel is nestled by mountains and a river, offering fresh air. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the breakfast was exceptionally delicious. In the evening, we even received complimentary bottled water and snacks. Special thanks to Fajuane at the front desk – she was incredibly thoughtful. Knowing we had elderly guests, she specifically arranged rooms close to each other for easier care. At check-out, she kindly provided us with hot water and small gifts, treating us like family. All the seniors said this was their best trip ever.

Facilities: The room is not big and the space is relatively compact. It is very convenient to have a small refrigerator beside the bed. The TV is not clear and there are snowflakes. The paper towel holder in the bathroom is not reasonably designed. The roll paper is easy to fall off. There is a warning on the wall that the water temperature is unstable. It is very good in actual use. Hygiene: The bedding is clean and comfortable, but there are mold spots on the wall under the shower room Environment: The hotel is located in the small city center. It is very eye-catching and easy to find. The room you live in faces the street and is opposite the Agricultural Bank of China. It is not noisy at night. Service: The front desk service in the lobby is warm and efficient, and check-in and check-out are quick. Breakfast: There are coffee, milk, soy milk, porridge, eggs and bread. The buns and tofu are delicious, but the corn is too old. Overall, the stay experience was quite good.

There was a mahjong table and tatami mats, making it perfect for a family trip. Breakfast was served at the front desk; simple and homey, but the view made it very satisfying.
