Facilities: Problem 1: My friend's room next door had a courtyard that connected to the main road, and there was a gap in the fence allowing entry and exit. Problem 2: I couldn't get out of my room this morning; the security lock on the door was stuck… a hotel staff member had to jump in from the small courtyard outside to open it. Service: The handling process was okay; this room received a 30% discount. For such a large hotel, it wasn't particularly grand.

This is my third year visiting Benxi to enjoy the autumn scenery, and I still chose Xixi Hotel without hesitation. The Xiaocao Line from Guanmenshan offers beautiful views along the way. Upon arriving at the hotel, the room was clean and tidy, with the air conditioning already turned on. Best of all, there was a fireplace and a hot spring bath. There was a mahjong table and tatami mats, making it perfect for a family trip. Breakfast was served at the front desk; simple and homey, but the view made it very satisfying.
