Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet. Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay. Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

The overall service at Mangu Town is excellent! The staff who serviced our room were especially exceptional, patient, caring, and very understanding. However, I declined to view the private bath room before booking, simply looking at the pictures online. And it wasn't because it was fully booked and inconvenient to view! Upon entering the room, it smelled strongly of dampness and was cramped. Most puzzling was that the private baths were only drained once a day and couldn't be freely drained. With such a large temperature difference between morning and evening, draining the water once only allows for a single soak. If you want to soak again, you have to go to the public area. This seems to defeat the purpose of private baths. What's the point of paying the private bath price to stay in a damp, moldy, and cramped private bath room when you can't choose to do so multiple times? Why not stay in the slightly cheaper, brighter, and more spacious River Valley rooms? This makes me wonder why so many empty rooms aren't open for viewing, only pictures!

Very good value for money hotel, there are no power facilities, the room has a bathtub, the meal is unexpectedly delicious, especially the tomato scrambled eggs. But it’s a bit unbearable to not change dishes for three days. The fountain at the door will spray at the point. There is a big supermarket, everything is very complete. The sound insulation is too bad, the people next to me have been squatting all night, and there are some unspeakable sounds, and I can hear it clearly... The service almost meant that the toilet toilet paper was given a little bit when I checked in, and it was used up in a day. I asked for two days to the front desk and didn't send it before I left. There are no restaurants around, more than ten minutes drive from the county, there are more food, but it is not cheap.

Parking is convenient, and it is close to the Hunjiang River. The musical fountain started at 7pm and lasted for an hour, and then fireworks were set off. The room was clean and tidy, with beautiful river views. The lilac flowers in spring were in full bloom, and the fragrance was pleasant!

The room was very spacious, because the elderly were out, the note was quiet, so the quiet room was arranged, very friendly to sleep, the overall feeling of the room service staff was very warm and professional, breakfast was a fixed meal, very good and healthy ～

This is my third year visiting Benxi to enjoy the autumn scenery, and I still chose Xixi Hotel without hesitation. The Xiaocao Line from Guanmenshan offers beautiful views along the way. Upon arriving at the hotel, the room was clean and tidy, with the air conditioning already turned on. Best of all, there was a fireplace and a hot spring bath. There was a mahjong table and tatami mats, making it perfect for a family trip. Breakfast was served at the front desk; simple and homey, but the view made it very satisfying.

The hotel is brand new, and the air conditioning works perfectly. While the breakfast selection isn't vast, it's very tasty. The location is convenient with easy access to transportation. Highly recommended.
