Location is good, just right by the lake where there is a light display every night between 7 to 8pm. There are also lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Room is thoughtfully laid out and is clean and quiet. Staff service is very good, both during check in and check out. They helped with the luggage in both instances, provided us with warm bottled water at checkout and are very friendly during our stay. Worth a 5 star rating. Highly recommended if you are in this town.

A very satisfying stay, exceeding expectations. The hotel's hygiene, service, and catering were all excellent. The staff were very enthusiastic, responsible, and responsive. It happened to be my child's birthday during our stay, and the room was thoughtfully decorated. My child had a wonderful time at the hotel, and we will definitely come back next time. The room is super nice and the sanitary conditions are very good. During the May Day period, our family of three went to Benxi to play. The environment of staying in this hotel was very good. The only regret is that there are no double rooms, only standard rooms

Traveling with the elderly and children, we booked a tatami four-person room. This room type is available on the fourth and fifth floors. The fourth floor can be reached directly by elevator, but the light is a little worse. The fifth floor requires one flight of stairs, which is not very convenient. At that time, there was a large window that made it brighter. Each floor has its pros and cons. We have a lot of stuff with our kids and elderly people, so we chose the fourth floor. The staff was very nice. They showed me two types of rooms and let me choose. When I checked out, my baby was still asleep from her nap, so they took the initiative to extend our check-out by one hour. The surrounding natural environment is also very good, surrounded by mountains and small streams, it is particularly beautiful. The downside is that the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell and the room lights are too dim.

There was a mahjong table and tatami mats, making it perfect for a family trip. Breakfast was served at the front desk; simple and homey, but the view made it very satisfying.
