"This store is a new store that has been open for half a year. It is clean and tidy. The restaurant's food is quite normal, but the restaurant master is very enthusiastic and active. There is a big difference between the front desk service. The front desk is a service window. It should be warm service. The security guard is very irresponsible and uncivilized. Drinking and eating in the lobby with bare arms, there are guests in the laundry room who wash their clothes and stay in the washing machine to not take them out. Please ask the front desk customer service to help take them out. The front desk customer service said that we should wait for the guests to pick them up, but I don’t know when the guests will pick them up. Helpless~ I waited for another hour and then I took it out myself. Sure enough, the next morning I found that the guest's clothes were still in the laundry room. A small thing reflected that the front desk customer service was neither reasonable nor professional! , My five-star praise is for the chef of this hotel restaurant, thank you again for your warm service!"

The guesthouse opposite Benxi Water Cave was perfect for a visit. Checking in a day early was ideal, especially since I was visiting the cave the next day. The owner was a very welcoming and friendly lady who answered all my questions about the scenic area in detail. The guesthouse courtyard was beautiful, with a swing and rocking chair, and many swallows nesting there – I was so lucky to see so many! The room was exceptionally clean; you could tell it had been meticulously prepared. The amenities were high-quality and complete, including a standing air conditioner and a separate water heater for easy adjustment. It was an incredibly satisfying stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of freshly made options. It's a one-stop shop for food, drinks, and entertainment – truly fantastic!

Facilities: Completely equipped. I didn't notice the description, but it seems to have been recently renovated. The style is very cozy and perfect for families or couples. It has a refrigerator, and most importantly, the projector is huge!
Cleanliness: Cleaned very well upon check-in. I specifically checked the sheets and the pool; they were spotless.
Environment: This B&B is located in Valley No. 1. The complex isn't new, but it's located not far from the entrance to the Green Stone Valley scenic area.
Service: Add the host on WeChat for self-check-in. TV subscription available, and they're always happy to answer any questions.

The hotel is in a great location, located on the central street, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, close to Zhangye Park, and very convenient to travel from Wunv Mountain Scenic Area and the station. The lobby is clean and bright, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient. The room is clean and odorless, the hygiene is particularly in place, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the mattress is moderately hard, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the rest is particularly quiet at night. The smart facilities in the whole house are very practical, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the breakfast is rich and clean. Hygiene is okay, it would be better if the bathroom could separate dry and wet areas. The bath water is big and hot.
The location of the hotel is also good. It is very convenient to eat nearby and there is a park where you can stroll. There are more than a dozen parking spaces at the door, which can usually be parked. The lady at the front desk was very nice and asked several questions, all of which were answered promptly.

The room is clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. There is a small courtyard and pavilion. Behind the courtyard is a clear stream. The water is crystal clear and it is a paradise for children to play. Guanmen Mountain and Guanshan Lake are both within walking distance. It is very close and can be walked with the elderly and children. The breakfast is economical and the side dishes are exquisite and delicious. Dinner can also be booked in advance with the boss. The boss is very nice and directly upgraded the travel experience. It is great.

The newly opened homestay is clean and tidy, the environment is very good, just at the foot of the mountain, convenient transportation, five minutes from the Guanmen Mountain, next to the drifting entrance. The small courtyard can be barbecued, we bring our own tools, no charge. Living is very comfortable, pet friendly, and will come again if there is a chance.
