The guesthouse opposite Benxi Water Cave was perfect for a visit. Checking in a day early was ideal, especially since I was visiting the cave the next day. Benxi Maple Viewing Hotel rooms are very popular. I booked Shiguang B&B early. It is within walking distance of Guanmenshan National Forest Park. There is a long queue to enter the parking lot of the scenic area. We parked the car at the door of the B&B and walked over to avoid queuing. The B&B is small and exquisite. There are not many rooms but it is well maintained. The public space in the front and back yards and the small backyard of the room are quite romantic. The newly opened homestay is clean and tidy, the environment is very good, just at the foot of the mountain, convenient transportation, five minutes from the Guanmen Mountain, next to the drifting entrance. The small courtyard can be barbecued, we bring our own tools, no charge. Living is very comfortable, pet friendly, and will come again if there is a chance.

The hotel is very clean.the room is small for just ok for one person with a super single mattress. There are a lot of eateries and shops nearby, looks like a BBQ street. The locatition is a bit hard to reach. There is no nore bus to go there after 8:20. The city is very clean and beautiful. In generla a good place to go. And most importantly, it is really cheap.
