This hot spring hotel, nestled halfway up the mountainside in Tengchong, boasts an unparalleled location with sweeping city views. From the misty, ink-wash painting-like scenery greeting you through the floor-to-ceiling windows each morning, to the vibrant orange and blue oil painting at sunset, the beauty is truly captivating and perfect for photos. The owners are incredibly warm and attentive. From pre-arrival communication and reception to meticulously looking after every detail during our stay, their dedication shines through. You can truly feel their passion for life. The room's layout is well-designed, but the private hot spring pool deserves the highest praise. It was diligently cleaned every day, with even the tile grout spotless. Each evening, the hot spring water was crystal clear with a faint, pleasant scent of bezoar. They even thoughtfully brought drinks and fruit to our room as soon as the water started filling. Our child enjoyed yogurt every night for three days, and impressively, no two flavors were the same – such a heartwarming touch. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, offering a variety of local dishes like Ersi and rice noodles, alongside side dishes, fruits, and pastries, with hardly any repetition. Our child's recurring phrase each day was, 'Next time, we're staying at this hotel again.' Overall, the experience was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the owners for their attentive and thoughtful care.

We've entered an idyllic haven where aesthetics and warmth coexist! This guesthouse completely captivated our entire family ❤️ From the moment we stepped through the door, our eyes were conquered by the fusion of Chinese and Western design aesthetics! The meticulously tended succulents, the chandeliers under the old wooden beams, the vintage leather sofas and oil paintings… every corner is like a carefully curated art gallery, every snapshot a masterpiece of atmosphere 📸 Even more delightful were the guesthouse's five cats 🐾. Their gentle nature instantly made them my son's best playmates. The little guy chased his ”furry butlers” all over the yard every day, his innocent laughter and the cats' purring becoming the most beautiful background music of our trip. The common areas are veritable ”all-in-one living rooms”: wake up your taste buds with hand-drip coffee at the bar in the morning ☕, curl up on the sofa with the cats and read a book in the afternoon, and sing karaoke with friends in the karaoke room 🎤 or play cards at the card table 🃏 in the evening… Most surprisingly, there's a tranquil Buddhist shrine hidden deep within 🕯️! In the brief moment of quiet contemplation while burning incense, the hustle and bustle abruptly ceases. This collision of Eastern Zen and Western entertainment is a truly soul-stirring fusion! This is far more than just a guesthouse—it's an aesthetically pleasing space where you can feel the warmth of human connection, a happy planet for children and cats, and an idyllic haven where everyone can find a sense of belonging. Highly recommended for design lovers, cat enthusiasts, families with children, and those seeking unique experiences!

Our team outing was a great experience, and the service was absolutely top-notch. Any requests we had were met with incredible effort and coordination. When it was time to leave, they even ensured every single one of us was safely transported to the airport. The entire staff was on point and incredibly helpful. The balcony view, especially at sunset, was breathtakingly beautiful – every photo taken was stunning.

The room is great, don't feel too comfortable taking a bath while looking at the view! ! The breakfast was delicious and always had something different for us to eat. The service is super super good! ! The boss often drives a battery car to pick us up in town! There was tea made around the fire every night, and the boss was so enthusiastic and baked so many things for us that we couldn’t even eat dinner! Satsuma Momo who welcomes guests is the group favorite! They also upgraded my room to the highest-end room for free, which is so great! 騰沖住宿別亂選！住過7家上千元的豪華民宿，柏玉酒店才是旅途裏最暖心的歸宿，真心勸遊客直接鎖房選柏玉，設施很新，設計獲了2家國際設計大獎🥇是我住過最滿意的一家豪華精品名宿，酒店在當地都很出名 每次長途自駕旅行，最擔心踩坑訂到體驗糟糕的住宿。出發前反覆翻看上千條評價，再三對比，最終敲定柏玉酒店，本衹是將就一晚，沒想到成為整趟騰沖之行最大的驚喜，忍不住寫下長篇真實評價，給正在糾結住宿的朋友們避坑指路。 一進門瞬間隔絕外界喧鬧，半山的庭院美景美不勝收，花草繁茂環境清幽雅緻。院落隨便一拍都是大片，不用刻意找取景位，非常適合拍照打卡。在他家的觀景台（就是用早餐的地方）是整個騰沖高黎貢半山，觀景最好的一家店。可以看到整個騰沖的“全貌大景”，這一點是最重要的！大部分的酒店衹能看到一個小景，很遼闊的景觀很震撼！ 每個房間都自帶温泉泡池，每個房間泡池周圍還佈置了高級且漂亮的花境。泡澡的時候還可以領取一個“泡澡食盒，裏面有一壺花茶，還有玫瑰花瓣，還有一些小食，還有一個小果盤，房間裏還會配一束漂亮的鮮花，另加一個歡迎果盤，從這些細節之處就感受到他家用心的服務顧客不計成本的給顧客提供需要，這點是讓我最感動的！自帶免費停車位，自駕遊客完全不用擔心停車難題，去往各個景區交通順暢，地理位置無可挑剔。他家的下午茶給的品類非常的豐富，顏值很高一大桌還可以隨意點精品咖啡喝都是免費的果盤，可以再加，加果盤也是免費的，讓我很感動。 早餐：豐盛！中西餐及地方特色口味，味道鮮美我吃了兩碗他家的燒肉餌絲和別家的不一樣，肉給的很多，又清爽又好吃，湯很好，是用大骨湯調的純正又香甜，一看，就很用心一點不敷衍，各種西式飲品，西餐做得都很不錯，還有很豐富的各種時間小炒菜，同比別的民宿，他家的早餐是最好吃品種豐富的一家 重點誇衞生，一塵不染，完全達到高標準。客房空間開闊，採光通風俱佳，全屋深度清掃，牆角、衞生間縫隙乾乾淨淨，沒有一點異味。床品和床墊全是高端品牌柔軟親膚，床墊軟硬適中，再加上絕佳的隔音效果，晚上安安靜靜，不受外界打擾。連日奔波遊玩，躺下就能酣然入睡，認床的我，在這裏連續兩晚一覺睡到天亮。衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱備品太齊全，實現了自己完全不需要帶洗漱小件洗面奶面膜，卸粧巾，消毒巾護膚乳，洗護是寶格麗品牌的非常棒！硬件超級豪華純柚木打造，地磚是國外進口的洞石打造，一看老闆就下了血本是我住過民宿當中裝修最捨得花錢的！配置遠超同價位絕大多數住宿。 真正打動人心的，永遠是不帶商業化套路的人情味，這也是我一定要寫長評的原因。 我們當天趕路堵車，深夜才抵達酒店，工作人員一直耐心等候，主動上前幫忙搬運行李，端上熱茶安撫疲憊。還去廚房給我們煮了當地的米線，製作了養生甜品送給我們，味道很贊，聽説我們想找本地人常去的餐館，細心手寫遊玩路線，避開景區消費陷阱，毫無保留分享小眾景點。全程分寸感恰到好處，不會過度打擾客人休息，衹要有需求，隨叫隨到。 真誠貼心的照料，漂泊在外，難得擁有這種家一般踏實安穩的感覺。 走遍天南地北，住過無數酒店，很少有一家會讓人離開時滿心不捨。柏玉酒店不衹是臨時落腳的客房，更是疲憊旅途的避風港。 不管是情侶出遊、家庭自駕，還是結伴旅行，這裏都再合適不過。我毫無保留給出滿分五星，來騰沖旅行，不用再到處貨比三家，閉眼預訂柏玉酒店絕對不會失望。下次再來騰沖，我還會毫不猶豫選擇這裏！ 綜合評分：滿分五星性價比一流，強烈推薦！

We are a group of 12 Malaysian who spent 5 days 4 Nights at Tengchong. The lady boss - 素素 is very nice and friendly. The hotel provided airport transfer and was picked up by the lady boss personally. Rooms are big and with all amenities. Location of the hotel is also quite convenient. Nearby a lot of local restaurants. Right opposite the hotel is the bus station where we could book or charter bus to travel back to KunMing. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpfully. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel could arrange for our local tour to TengChong and 芒市 tour at a very reasonable package tour.

Stayed in the ancient town for four nights. The location of the homestay is very convenient next to the large parking lot in the ancient town. The bathroom has a drying hot air and floor heating. It is comfortable to use a dyson hair dryer, with a large bathtub, and dry and wet separation. The overall service of the homestay is particularly good. There is also a housekeeper to pick up the parking lot in the middle of the night. In the morning, there is an aunt who prepares to pack corn sweet potatoes and egg snacks for us in advance. The aunts are very friendly and dry our clothes and put them back in the room. The boss brother and Miss Sister are also very intimate to recommend a variety of food and hot springs (Lotus Hot Spring). The overall stay is very worry-free, five points praise 💗

Opened in 2024, the hotel rooms are very new with great natural light and nice views in the distance. The space is generous, and the bedding is soft. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation. Breakfast offers a wide variety, and the Tengchong rice noodles are delicious. There's also a free laundry room and gym. The front desk staff are very welcoming and brew different floral teas every day. I had a very satisfying stay! 👍

The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom facilities were a bit outdated. It's located on the edge of the ancient town, a bit far from the main area, so it's not recommended for elderly people with mobility issues. It's fine for young people, and you can even take a walk around Wild Duck Lake. The hot springs were okay, but perhaps because we went during the off-season, there were only two pools available, so the experience wasn't great when it was crowded. I highly recommend the nearby ”Mama's Taste” restaurant – it's incredibly delicious!

I chose the hotel as it is almost beside Laifengshan, the beautiful forested hill park famous for birdwatching (the hide at the top is superb), and i booked five nights. It is very large and hosts many Chinese bus tour groups. Overall happy with the stay: spacious, well-appointed rooms with good light and sound proofing between them. The Chinese-only breakfast had a ton of choice. Unfortunately, I was under the weather and didn’t try the spa. But great bed to lay sick in. Only issue is there don’t appear to be designated non-smoking rooms, but the friendly staff were helpful in finding one with only a trace of smoke.
