Upon arriving in Ginkgo Village, we booked the Jubing Hot Spring Inn. While a bit pricey, it was a fantastic value. Although newly renovated, it didn't feel like a renovation. The room was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and the bedding was my favorite white color—very classy and comfortable. There's a large bathhouse with hot springs, which was incredibly relaxing. There are two ginkgo trees in the courtyard. Perhaps we arrived a little early, so the leaves hadn't yet turned yellow, but that didn't detract from the beauty. It was perfect for photos and a photo opportunity, and the scenery was stunning! The owner was especially welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast included was delicious. I had a fantastic experience and was completely satisfied!

This time I stayed at this homestay. It completely exceeded expectations. It is the best experience I have ever lived in recently. I really recommend it to everyone! The overall environment of the homestay is particularly warm and healing, the decoration style is simple and stylish, and every detail can see the owner's intentions. The door feels clean and bright, the whole house is cleaned spotlessly, the floor and tabletop are not dusty, the bedding is clean and soft, the sun is particularly comfortable to spill into the room, and the atmosphere is directly full. The room facilities are particularly complete, the air conditioning and network speed are very powerful, the quality of toiletries is very good, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the ventilation effect is good and there is no smell. Simple daily cooking is no problem, daily necessities are also very thoughtful, no need to add extra, living as comfortable as home. The location is also very good, travel is particularly convenient, the surrounding supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars are very close, walking can be reached, shopping, eating and shopping are particularly easy. The community environment is quiet and safe, security is in place, and the rest is particularly stable at night, and there is no noise at all. It is especially suitable for leisure vacations and short trips. The landlord is super caring and gentle, and the communication is particularly smooth. He will inform the check-in route and precautions in detail in advance. If you have any questions, please reply at any time. The attitude is particularly enthusiastic. The self-check-in is also very convenient throughout the whole process and the privacy is very good. The price is really super high, the environment, health, service, location are impeccable, and live comfortably and at ease. I have already collected the store decisively, and I will give priority to it next time.

We stayed for 2 night. The location was within 5 min walk to central business arena but it was quiet. The hotel was owned by a family with a cat. Our room was at the highest floor where we could see the whole complex of hotel; golden yellow ginko trees, dried golden maize & blessing lanterns hanging around. The room & facilities were clean & tidy. The hot water shower & toilet closet were quite modern & beyond our expectation. Should give much credits to them. The owner actively arranged a trip for us @0900 to a mountain to see the mist dissipating in sunlight. Quite amazing. We enjoyed 2 dinners @the hotel; the ginko chicken soup was so good. The hotel would always be our priority option.

The mattress is a bit soft, which may not be suitable for the elderly. The owner and his family are friendly, the food is delicious, the environment is good, and it is a harmonious combination of Chinese and Western cuisine.

The room we booked was incredibly spacious; it easily fit two 20-inch suitcases. The room offered stunning, layered mountain views. The Yang family was incredibly friendly and welcoming to their guests. Their home-cooked meals were clean and hygienic, perfectly soothing our stomachs after our trip to the new environment. We were very satisfied with every meal, from rice noodles in the morning to stir-fries for lunch and dinner. There was also a coffee machine in the lobby, along with complimentary fruit and water. The coffee beans were grown and roasted by the owner himself, and the coffee was exceptionally fragrant; I had two cups every morning. The owner manages his own aviary – highly recommended! The aviary was thoughtfully designed, with multiple bathing areas for the birds. Even though it was the off-season, we had a great time taking photos during our two-day stay! We are most grateful to the Yang family for their warm hospitality! Mr. Yang has a deep understanding of the local birds; we learned a lot. He drives very steadily and cooks delicious food. We look forward to returning to Baihualing to see the cherry blossoms. Wishing the owner great success in his business!

1. The front desk was really nice! 2. Cleanliness was pretty good too. 3. It was a special offer room, so it was on the first floor, close to the front desk, but it wasn't noisy. 4. Because it was a special offer room, the room wasn't very big, but it was still okay. 5. It's a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time. It's excellent value!

This was definitely the most comfortable hostel I've stayed at in Tengchong so far. The hostel environment was great, and seeing the clouds and red houses in the distance every day put me in a good mood. The room had a private bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The owner even treated us to homemade steamed buns and peaches from their own yard, which we appreciated. The only downside was having a really strange roommate. She thought it was cold in Tengchong and insisted on leaving the bathroom heater and exhaust fan on, sleeping with the door open. Most importantly, she didn't turn off the lights or even close the curtains at night. As someone with sensitive sleep and a light sleeper, I can understand my frustration. Thankfully, I only had to endure it for one night. When it got too hot to sleep, I turned on the air conditioning. I don't understand why she thought it was cold and just covered herself with a blanket. In this weather, how could I feel cold with the soft, comfortable blankets in the hostel? This unpleasant experience reminded me of my dorm experiences when I was in school, but thankfully it was just a problem during my trip. The hostel was great, and I would definitely choose it again if I had the chance to come to Tengchong.

Booked a room facing the balcony on the second floor. It's really what's expected. Extremely comfortable. It's especially good to bask in the sun. As soon as we arrived, the landlady asked us to drink tea on the balcony. The green plants on the second floor are particularly beautiful. I really like the entire balcony on the second floor. When we visited the ancient town, we also looked at more expensive inns, and the balconies were almost the same as hers. The price/performance ratio here is really great. The lady boss is very nice. When I left, I got up early to help me carry my luggage down the mountain. The guy I found to see me off at the airport was also very nice. He knew I didn't have breakfast and took me to have breakfast before going to the airport.

Hygiene: Very clean, good service, and very close to the train station. It is also convenient for traveling. Opposite is Yiwu Trade City, it is the first choice for tourism or business trips. I will stay here again next time I come!

Holiday trip, the price is outrageous! The hotel is in a community, it is still very easy to find with the navigation, the front desk is some distance from the place to live, but the front desk service is very good, personally brought to the room, the environment is beautiful, the health is very good, the suite is very warm!
